About Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinic (AMK Hub)
Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinic (AMK Hub) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic located at NEX shopping mall in Serangoon Central, offering TCM services across Singapore. It is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. The clinic holds a 4.5/5 rating across 127 Google reviews, a robust sample that provides a reliable signal of patient experience. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier ($$), though specific session fees were not provided at the time of listing.
A first visit typically begins with a consultation — the practitioner will take your pulse, examine your tongue, and ask about your presenting condition, medical history, and lifestyle before forming a diagnosis under TCM principles. Depending on your condition or goal, treatment may involve acupuncture, herbal prescription, tui na, cupping, or a combination. Patients are generally advised to commit to a course of sessions rather than a single visit for chronic or complex conditions, and the clinic can advise on session frequency and package options during the initial assessment.
To book an appointment at Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinic (AMK Hub), contact the clinic by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing. Ask about practitioner availability, your condition's suitability for TCM treatment, and whether a first-consultation fee applies before your visit.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Doctor Leung is very knowledgeable. Visited 2 times because of my 9 year-old daughter’s stomachache. 2nd visit did acupuncture. Pain lessened afterwards. Thumbs up
Dr Leung from the Nex clinic is patient and knowledgeable. She is able to explain clearly my symptoms and the treatment plan for me, without any hard selling. The nurses and staff are professional too and with good service. Dr Leung accupunture skills are good as I don’t feel much pain during the session. Also after 2 sessions of accupunture and meds, my gastric improved with less bloatedness. Highly recommend Dr Leung and the nex clinic.
Physician and counter staff were freindly and nice. Very happy to be greeted by Cindy, Sock Eng and Yan Fei today. Clara and May also brighten up my day when I see them! Thank you all for the positive experience all the time!
I used to experience severe muscle twitches in most areas of my body. After visitng Dr Leung Bing Mui, the twitching got a lot better through accupuncture and herbal medication. She is also very skilled and nice to patients
This is my first visit to the Eu Yang Sang TCM Clinic @ Serangoon NEX (it re-opened after renovation this week). I was warmly greeted at the reception by Ms Heng Meow Buay. She is friendly and helpful. My physician is Dr Vong U Chan. I am happy and grateful for Dr Vong as my physician. She arrested the medical condition I am currently suffering. With her advice and medicine prescription, I am feeling better physically and stronger. Ms Hong Yan, who dispenses the medication is friendly. I am very satisfied with the services of Eu Yang Sang TCM clinic. Thank you.

No referral is required to book a TCM consultation at Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinic (AMK Hub). At your first visit, you will complete an intake assessment covering your main complaint, relevant medical history, current medications, and any known contraindications such as pregnancy or a pacemaker (relevant for acupuncture and electrical stimulation). For complex or chronic conditions — including pain management, fertility support, or post-stroke rehabilitation — bringing a recent GP referral letter or specialist report helps the TCM practitioner understand your diagnosis and avoid interactions with prescribed medications. If you have a condition requiring integrated care, a GP referral may also support an insurance or Medisave claim where applicable.
TCM practitioners in Singapore are regulated by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB), which maintains a public register of licensed acupuncturists and TCM physicians. Eu Yan Sang is an established TCM brand operating multiple licensed clinics in Singapore, and practitioners at its outlets are expected to hold TCMPB registration. To verify the consulting practitioner at this specific outlet, check the TCMPB public register at moh.gov.sg before your appointment. You can search by the practitioner's name. Confirm the practitioner's registration and area of focus — for example, gynaecology, pain, oncology support, or paediatrics — before booking if you have a specific condition in mind.
