A typical visit begins with an initial consultation in which the TCM physician takes a detailed history, assesses your constitution through pulse and tongue diagnosis, and discusses your presenting condition or wellness goal — whether that is pain management, digestive complaints, fatigue, women's health, or stress. Treatment may involve acupuncture, cupping, or herbal prescription, and the physician will advise on whether a single session or a course of recurring treatments is appropriate. Patients are encouraged to bring any existing medical reports or medication lists to the first appointment, as these inform safe herbal prescribing. Session packages and single-visit options are typically both available.
To make an appointment, contact Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinic (Hougang Mall) by phone or through their enquiry form. Confirm the consultation fee, treatment scope, and cancellation policy before your visit.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Doctor Leung is very knowledgeable. Visited 2 times because of my 9 year-old daughter’s stomachache. 2nd visit did acupuncture. Pain lessened afterwards. Thumbs up
Dr Leung from the Nex clinic is patient and knowledgeable. She is able to explain clearly my symptoms and the treatment plan for me, without any hard selling. The nurses and staff are professional too and with good service. Dr Leung accupunture skills are good as I don’t feel much pain during the session. Also after 2 sessions of accupunture and meds, my gastric improved with less bloatedness. Highly recommend Dr Leung and the nex clinic.
Physician and counter staff were freindly and nice. Very happy to be greeted by Cindy, Sock Eng and Yan Fei today. Clara and May also brighten up my day when I see them! Thank you all for the positive experience all the time!
I used to experience severe muscle twitches in most areas of my body. After visitng Dr Leung Bing Mui, the twitching got a lot better through accupuncture and herbal medication. She is also very skilled and nice to patients
This is my first visit to the Eu Yang Sang TCM Clinic @ Serangoon NEX (it re-opened after renovation this week). I was warmly greeted at the reception by Ms Heng Meow Buay. She is friendly and helpful. My physician is Dr Vong U Chan. I am happy and grateful for Dr Vong as my physician. She arrested the medical condition I am currently suffering. With her advice and medicine prescription, I am feeling better physically and stronger. Ms Hong Yan, who dispenses the medication is friendly. I am very satisfied with the services of Eu Yang Sang TCM clinic. Thank you.

Specific per-session fees are not publicly listed for this clinic. As a general guide, TCM consultation fees in Singapore typically range from S$20–50 for the physician's consultation, with acupuncture sessions running S$40–100 and herbal prescriptions billed separately at S$20–80 depending on the formula and quantity. Package discounts for recurring treatment courses are common. Confirm the exact consultation fee, any first-visit assessment charge, treatment add-on costs, and the cancellation policy directly with Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinic (Hougang Mall) before booking. No referral is required for a TCM consultation — you can book directly by phone or via the enquiry form. On your first visit, the physician will conduct an intake assessment covering your current symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and any medications you are taking. Bringing existing medical reports or a list of prescribed medications is strongly advised, as some herbal formulas interact with pharmaceutical drugs. For complex or chronic conditions — such as cancer supportive care, fertility treatment, or neurological conditions — a GP referral letter is useful context for the TCM physician, and may also support insurance or Medisave claims where applicable. Patients with bleeding disorders or pacemakers should disclose this before acupuncture is performed.
In Singapore, all practising TCM physicians must be registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) under the Ministry of Health. Registration covers acupuncturists and TCM physicians separately, and the public register is searchable on the TCMPB website. Eu Yan Sang is a long-established brand and its clinic physicians are expected to hold TCMPB registration, but you should ask for the consulting physician's name and verify their registration on the TCMPB public register before your first treatment. The clinic does not currently list specific regulatory licences on KakiList. Confirm the physician's TCMPB registration number directly with the clinic before booking. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
