About Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinic (Parkway Parade)

About Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinic (Parkway Parade)

Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinic (Parkway Parade) is a traditional Chinese medicine clinic located at NEX shopping centre in Serangoon Central, offering TCM consultations and treatments. It holds a 4.5/5 rating across 127 Google reviews — a robust sample that provides meaningful confidence in service quality. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range ($$), though specific per-session fees were not provided and should be confirmed directly with the clinic.

A first visit typically begins with an initial consultation in which the TCM practitioner assesses your constitution, presenting condition, and treatment goals through pulse-taking, tongue observation, and a structured case history. From there, the practitioner may recommend acupuncture, tuina, cupping, moxibustion, or a course of herbal medicine — or a combination of these. Most conditions are addressed across a course of sessions rather than a single visit, so it is worth discussing the expected frequency and duration of treatment at the outset. The clinic can be reached by phone or via an online enquiry form to check practitioner availability and book an appointment slot.

To get started, call or submit an enquiry form to arrange an initial consultation, and bring any relevant medical reports or a referral letter from your GP if you have one — particularly if you intend to make a Medisave or insurance claim.

Doctor Leung is very knowledgeable. Visited 2 times because of my 9 year-old daughter’s stomachache. 2nd visit did acupuncture. Pain lessened afterwards. Thumbs up

Dr Leung from the Nex clinic is patient and knowledgeable. She is able to explain clearly my symptoms and the treatment plan for me, without any hard selling. The nurses and staff are professional too and with good service. Dr Leung accupunture skills are good as I don’t feel much pain during the session. Also after 2 sessions of accupunture and meds, my gastric improved with less bloatedness. Highly recommend Dr Leung and the nex clinic.

This is my first visit to the Eu Yang Sang TCM Clinic @ Serangoon NEX (it re-opened after renovation this week). I was warmly greeted at the reception by Ms Heng Meow Buay. She is friendly and helpful. My physician is Dr Vong U Chan. I am happy and grateful for Dr Vong as my physician. She arrested the medical condition I am currently suffering. With her advice and medicine prescription, I am feeling better physically and stronger. Ms Hong Yan, who dispenses the medication is friendly. I am very satisfied with the services of Eu Yang Sang TCM clinic. Thank you.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinic (Parkway Parade) charge per session?

Specific per-session fees were not published at the time of this listing and should be confirmed directly with the clinic. As a general guide, TCM consultations in Singapore typically run S$30–80, with acupuncture sessions S$50–120, tuina S$60–100, and herbal medicine prescribed and dispensed separately at varying costs depending on the formula and duration of the course. Package pricing for ongoing conditions — for example, a course of ten acupuncture sessions — is common and usually offers a modest saving over individual visits. Ask about any first-visit consultation fee, whether it is absorbed into a package, and the clinic's no-show and cancellation policy before booking. GST applies on TCM services. Do I need a referral or assessment first?

No formal referral is required to book a TCM consultation at Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinic (Parkway Parade). First-time patients typically complete an intake form covering medical history, current medications, allergies, and presenting symptoms before seeing the practitioner. If you have a chronic or complex condition — or if you plan to use Medisave, an integrated shield plan, or a corporate insurance benefit — bringing a GP referral letter or recent specialist reports is advisable, as some insurers require documentation of medical necessity. Certain conditions, such as those involving active infections, open wounds, or pregnancy, may also affect which treatment modalities are appropriate; the practitioner will screen for these at the consultation. If you are on anticoagulant medication or have a bleeding disorder, inform the clinic when booking, as this affects the suitability of acupuncture and cupping.

Is the practitioner licensed?

TCM practitioners in Singapore are regulated by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) under the Ministry of Health. Registration covers acupuncturists and TCM physicians separately, and both registrations are publicly verifiable on the TCMPB online register at moh.gov.sg. Eu Yan Sang is a well-established TCM brand operating multiple clinics across Singapore; however, no specific licence details were provided for this outlet at the time of listing. Before your first appointment, confirm the consulting practitioner's name and verify their TCMPB registration number directly on the public register. If you require a specific specialism — such as sports injury, gynaecology, or paediatric TCM — ask the clinic which practitioner to request when booking.
