Patients typically begin with a first consultation during which the practitioner conducts a tongue and pulse assessment to determine the appropriate course of treatment. Depending on the presenting condition or wellness goal — whether musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, digestive issues, women's health, or stress management — treatment may involve acupuncture, cupping, tui na, or a prescribed herbal formula. Sessions can be booked as single consultations or as a recurring package; it is worth confirming with the clinic whether a package commitment is required and what the cancellation policy is.
To make an appointment, contact Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinic (Plaza Singapura) by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing, and confirm the practitioner's name, availability, and fees before attending your first session.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Doctor Leung is very knowledgeable. Visited 2 times because of my 9 year-old daughter’s stomachache. 2nd visit did acupuncture. Pain lessened afterwards. Thumbs up
Dr Leung from the Nex clinic is patient and knowledgeable. She is able to explain clearly my symptoms and the treatment plan for me, without any hard selling. The nurses and staff are professional too and with good service. Dr Leung accupunture skills are good as I don’t feel much pain during the session. Also after 2 sessions of accupunture and meds, my gastric improved with less bloatedness. Highly recommend Dr Leung and the nex clinic.
Physician and counter staff were freindly and nice. Very happy to be greeted by Cindy, Sock Eng and Yan Fei today. Clara and May also brighten up my day when I see them! Thank you all for the positive experience all the time!
I used to experience severe muscle twitches in most areas of my body. After visitng Dr Leung Bing Mui, the twitching got a lot better through accupuncture and herbal medication. She is also very skilled and nice to patients
This is my first visit to the Eu Yang Sang TCM Clinic @ Serangoon NEX (it re-opened after renovation this week). I was warmly greeted at the reception by Ms Heng Meow Buay. She is friendly and helpful. My physician is Dr Vong U Chan. I am happy and grateful for Dr Vong as my physician. She arrested the medical condition I am currently suffering. With her advice and medicine prescription, I am feeling better physically and stronger. Ms Hong Yan, who dispenses the medication is friendly. I am very satisfied with the services of Eu Yang Sang TCM clinic. Thank you.

TCM consultation fees in Singapore typically range from S$20–60 for the consultation itself, with acupuncture, cupping, tui na, or herbal prescriptions billed separately. A full session including treatment commonly runs S$60–150 depending on the modalities involved. Herbal medicine can add S$30–80 per course depending on the formula and duration prescribed. Confirm the per-session rate, any package pricing, and the no-show or cancellation policy directly with the clinic before your first visit. GST applies on private clinical services. No GP referral is required for a TCM consultation — you can book directly. At the first visit, expect a structured intake covering your primary complaint, medical history, current medications, and lifestyle factors, followed by tongue and pulse diagnosis. Some conditions (e.g. pregnancy, bleeding disorders, pacemaker use) are contraindications for certain treatments such as acupuncture or cupping, so disclose all relevant medical background at registration. If you are claiming through an integrated shield plan or corporate medical insurance, check whether your insurer requires a GP letter or has a panel restriction before attending, as this affects reimbursement.
In Singapore, all practising TCM physicians must be registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) under the Ministry of Health. Registration is mandatory under the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Act and is verifiable on the TCMPB public register at moh.gov.sg. Eu Yan Sang is a long-established group practice, but it is advisable to confirm the full name and TCMPB registration number of the specific physician who will be treating you before your first session, particularly if you are seeking treatment for a complex or chronic condition. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the TCMPB public register before treatment.
