Patients typically begin with a first consultation during which a registered TCM practitioner conducts a full assessment — tongue and pulse diagnosis, medical history, and lifestyle review — to determine a course of treatment. Depending on the presenting condition or wellness goal, treatment may involve acupuncture, herbal medicine, tui na, or cupping. Recurring packages are common for chronic conditions such as back pain, insomnia, or fertility support, while single sessions suit acute complaints. Appointments can be made by phone or through the online enquiry form.
To book a first consultation, contact Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinic (Tampines Mall) via phone or the enquiry form, describe your condition or goal briefly, and ask about current appointment availability and any package options that may apply to your needs.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the TCMPB public register before treatment.
Doctor Leung is very knowledgeable. Visited 2 times because of my 9 year-old daughter’s stomachache. 2nd visit did acupuncture. Pain lessened afterwards. Thumbs up
Dr Leung from the Nex clinic is patient and knowledgeable. She is able to explain clearly my symptoms and the treatment plan for me, without any hard selling. The nurses and staff are professional too and with good service. Dr Leung accupunture skills are good as I don’t feel much pain during the session. Also after 2 sessions of accupunture and meds, my gastric improved with less bloatedness. Highly recommend Dr Leung and the nex clinic.
Physician and counter staff were freindly and nice. Very happy to be greeted by Cindy, Sock Eng and Yan Fei today. Clara and May also brighten up my day when I see them! Thank you all for the positive experience all the time!
I used to experience severe muscle twitches in most areas of my body. After visitng Dr Leung Bing Mui, the twitching got a lot better through accupuncture and herbal medication. She is also very skilled and nice to patients
This is my first visit to the Eu Yang Sang TCM Clinic @ Serangoon NEX (it re-opened after renovation this week). I was warmly greeted at the reception by Ms Heng Meow Buay. She is friendly and helpful. My physician is Dr Vong U Chan. I am happy and grateful for Dr Vong as my physician. She arrested the medical condition I am currently suffering. With her advice and medicine prescription, I am feeling better physically and stronger. Ms Hong Yan, who dispenses the medication is friendly. I am very satisfied with the services of Eu Yang Sang TCM clinic. Thank you.

Specific session fees were not published for this listing, but Singapore TCM clinic consultations typically run S$30–60 for the initial assessment, with acupuncture sessions in the S$50–120 range and herbal medicine prescribed separately at S$30–80 per week depending on the formula. Packages for recurring treatments often offer a modest discount over per-session pricing. Confirm the full fee breakdown — consultation, treatment, and herbal prescription — before your first visit, and ask whether your MediShield Life integrated shield plan or company medical benefits cover TCM services, as coverage varies widely. No referral is required to book a first TCM consultation. At the initial visit, the practitioner will conduct a full intake assessment covering your presenting complaint, tongue and pulse diagnosis, sleep, digestion, and lifestyle factors before recommending a treatment plan. You do not need to bring a GP referral, though any existing medical reports, blood test results, or imaging relevant to your condition can be useful context. If your condition is complex — for example, you are undergoing chemotherapy, taking warfarin or other anticoagulants, or are pregnant — mention this when booking so the practitioner can prepare appropriately, as certain acupuncture points and herbal ingredients carry contraindications. A GP referral letter may help if you intend to claim TCM costs under an integrated shield plan or corporate insurance.
In Singapore, TCM practitioners are regulated by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) under the Ministry of Health. Registered acupuncturists and TCM physicians must hold a TCMPB registration, which is publicly searchable on the TCMPB register at moh.gov.sg. Eu Yan Sang is an established TCM operator in Singapore, though no individual practitioner licence details were supplied for this listing. Before your first session, you are entitled to ask for the treating practitioner's name and TCMPB registration number and verify it on the public register. Practising TCM without TCMPB registration is an offence under the TCM Practitioners Act — always confirm before treatment. See the full TCM cost guide for Singapore →
