The listing has been verified by KakiList, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed. For a first visit, patients typically complete a brief intake form before the practitioner conducts a TCM consultation — assessing pulse, tongue, and presenting symptoms — to determine the appropriate course of treatment. This may include acupuncture, herbal prescription, tui na (therapeutic massage), cupping, or a combination, depending on your condition and goals. Whether you are seeking relief from a specific complaint such as chronic pain, digestive issues, or insomnia, or looking for general wellness support, discussing your full medical history and any current medications with the TCM practitioner at the outset will help them tailor your treatment plan. Subsequent sessions can be booked as a recurring package or individually depending on your needs and the practitioner's recommendation.

To get started, contact Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinic (VivoCity) by phone or through the enquiry form on KakiList to book your first consultation and confirm the current session fee and any package options available.

Doctor Leung is very knowledgeable. Visited 2 times because of my 9 year-old daughter’s stomachache. 2nd visit did acupuncture. Pain lessened afterwards. Thumbs up

Dr Leung from the Nex clinic is patient and knowledgeable. She is able to explain clearly my symptoms and the treatment plan for me, without any hard selling. The nurses and staff are professional too and with good service. Dr Leung accupunture skills are good as I don’t feel much pain during the session. Also after 2 sessions of accupunture and meds, my gastric improved with less bloatedness. Highly recommend Dr Leung and the nex clinic.

This is my first visit to the Eu Yang Sang TCM Clinic @ Serangoon NEX (it re-opened after renovation this week). I was warmly greeted at the reception by Ms Heng Meow Buay. She is friendly and helpful. My physician is Dr Vong U Chan. I am happy and grateful for Dr Vong as my physician. She arrested the medical condition I am currently suffering. With her advice and medicine prescription, I am feeling better physically and stronger. Ms Hong Yan, who dispenses the medication is friendly. I am very satisfied with the services of Eu Yang Sang TCM clinic. Thank you.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinic (VivoCity) charge per session?

Specific per-session fees were not listed at the time of publication, though pricing is indicated at a moderate ($$) level. In Singapore, TCM consultations typically range from S$30–80 for the consultation itself, with acupuncture, tui na, or cupping sessions running S$50–150 depending on treatment type and duration. Herbal prescriptions are usually billed separately at S$20–80 per week's supply. Confirm whether package discounts are available for multiple sessions, the cancellation or no-show policy, and whether the clinic is on any corporate or insurance panels before your first visit. See the full TCM cost guide for Singapore →

Do I need a referral or assessment first?

No referral is required for a TCM consultation — you can book directly by phone or through the enquiry form. On your first visit, the practitioner will conduct a full intake assessment covering your presenting condition, medical history, current medications, and lifestyle factors. Bringing any recent blood test results or specialist reports can be helpful if you have an ongoing medical condition. For complex or chronic conditions, a GP referral is not mandatory but may be useful if you intend to claim under a corporate health plan or Medisave — some Medisave-accredited TCM clinics allow partial claims for specific treatments. Confirm with the clinic whether Medisave is accepted and which conditions are eligible before your appointment.

Is the practitioner licensed?

TCM practitioners in Singapore must be registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) under the Ministry of Health. Registration covers acupuncturists and TCM physicians, and is a legal requirement to practise. You can verify any practitioner's registration on the TCMPB public register at moh.gov.sg before booking. Eu Yan Sang is an established TCM brand in Singapore, and its clinic practitioners are expected to hold current TCMPB registration. However, no regulatory licence was listed in this KakiList entry — confirm the consulting practitioner's TCMPB registration number directly with the clinic before commencing treatment, particularly if you are seeking acupuncture or herbal prescription for a serious or ongoing condition.
