I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and compassion shown to my beloved cat, Ginger during her final moments. Everpet has been very accommodating, allowing us to visit Ginger the next day and collect her paw print. That was a beautiful gesture and we're so grateful for the time we had with her. My dearest dog passed away very suddenly in the midst of the Lunar New Year period. As we were trying to arrange a memorial before sending her off, many pet funeral services were unavailable. We were truly fortunate (and I believe fated) to chance upon Everpet — it turned out to be the best care and service we could have hoped for.✨🥹 From the moment we stepped in, the space felt incredibly soothing, calm, and cozy. I’ll admit I’m someone who is quite particular about aesthetics — of course my dog mattered most, but I really wanted a beautiful and dignified environment for her farewell. Everpet nailed this completely. It’s such a thoughtfully designed and comforting place to help a beloved pet cross the rainbow bridge. (🌈 I especially love their lightning…!!) They kindly allowed us to keep our dog there for two extra days so that family and friends could return to say their final goodbyes, which meant a lot to us. Every detail felt intentional — from the gentle atmosphere to the lovely postcard station where we could write and “mail” our last messages to our pet. We also chose private aquamation, which uses warm alkaline water instead of traditional cremation. The process felt much more peaceful and gentle, and that brought us great comfort and her microchipped survived the whole process too which we were very amused and amazed!! 🥹 Throughout the entire journey, the team was proactive in updating us and guiding us through each step, ensuring everything went smoothly. The collection process was handled with the same level of care and respect and we could’ve have asked for anything more. They even thoughtfully prepared a grief care package to help guide humans through the difficult new season. 🥹 I’m honestly so so grateful that Everpet exists. I cannot recommend their services enough. Friends who attended the memorial shared that seeing how our dog was cared for gave them peace of mind for their own pets in the future.. Thank you once again, Xiao Juan, Rachael, and Leon, for walking alongside us during such a difficult time and for building a service rooted in so much grace, compassion, and love. 💗💗💗

It’s been a week and I finally can bring myself to write this review to this impressive Everpet team. I cannot thank this team enough for their kindness, compassion and dignity throughout the entire process. Special kudos to Xiao Juan and Leon who are so gentle and professional. I told them that my darling did not come to this world as a princess (she was a rescued) so it’s mandatory for her to depart as a Princess and they really made the entire event so beautiful and dignified, They explained everything clearly, treated my darling with respect and made such a very difficult time a little easier to bear. They were still so respectful and understanding during the remains collection (4 days later) even when payment had been made. This proved how professional they are. Their thoughtfulness is proven when I am given a post grief bag (seen in pic 2 & 3), for me to pen down my messages to my darling so as to ease a little of my pain. Small little gestures like these really can bring positivity to such a situation. Their compassion truly meant more than words cab say. I trust them and I highly recommend their services. Visited Everpet to learn more about planning for the passing of my cat who has some health issues. Mochi is my soul cat and I wanted his passing to be a beautiful and intimate funeral. I was pleasantly surprised to find a company in Singapore that offers pet funerals in the East! The staff were all very kind, emphatetic and guided me on what I can do for Mochi if he passes on. The place was also peaceful and beautifully designed, you can really tell how much thought and care went into every detail.
