This was the second time we worked with Jackson. He managed the renovation project of our condo (2,600 sqf) 13 years ago and it was a great experience thus it’s a no-brainer for us to work with him again when we purchased a resale HDB 5 room flat this year. We did a complete overhaul of the flat which took 9 weeks and Jackson even completed the project a few days ahead of schedule. Not an easy feat! This is critical as we had a hard deadline due to our rental lease expiry. We hacked all floors and tiles as well as knocked down several walls. Jackson is very experienced in his field, super efficient, patient and always has solutions to meet our changing needs. We were very happy with the results once again. As with all renovations, we also had touch ups post handover. Jackson was very prompt in arranging for the relevant workers to work on the touch ups. We doubt we will be moving house again in future but if we do, we will certainly go to Jackson again!

We would like to thank Exquisite Renovation Works and especially Kelly Chan, the Manager assigned to our renovations for such a professional standard of dedication and service rendered to us. We are very fortunate to have engaged your service and truly appreciate the assignment of Kelly to us. From the get-go, Kelly demonstrated her vast and in-depth knowledge and experience in the designing of the layout, the understanding of the various renovation trends, problems and practicality. In doing so, she personalized our renovation needs as well as budget with such understanding and patience. Kelly would listen & respond to our queries even after office hours and on weekends. She painstakingly heard us out and patiently provided constructive advice and suggestions to us. In order to help us visualize her renovation proposals, she took the time on a few weekends to go through with us thoroughly her ideas, the physical features, material and colour samples at the office showflat and brought us to the tile supplier where she patiently introduced the different types of tiles available to us and helped us to make the final selections. Kelly understood the subjective and personal nature of home renovations, and she never hurried us in any way to finalise our renovation plans simply to firm up their fee quotation and charge us a deposit. Over the past few months of the renovation process, it is very clear to all of us that Kelly performs her job with integrity and from her heart. With her expertise, skill and care, we were left in a pair of very capable hands. Through her warmth and sincerity, she has come to be regarded by one and all in the family, not only as a renovation manager but a reliable friend. We could not have asked for a more capable and suitable renovation manager. I got to know Jackson through his website. After much considerations, we decided to engage Jackson for our house renovation. Jackson is able to lead us through the whole renovation process with issues encountered being quickly resolved with little hiccups. The completion of the renovation took about 2 months which is shorter than the estimated duration. We would like to thank Jackson and his team for their flexible, prompt and excellent services. We evaluated a few renovation firms before we decided to renovate our home with Exquisite Renovation Works. Jackson of Exquisite knows his job well. He is very knowledgeable and service oriented with positive attitude. He understands the urgency of our timeline and managed it very well and delivered it on time. Jackson is very experienced and professional and he gives good advice on matters that I overlooked. He acceded to my last minute requests although they were not in the original plans. He is always prompt in his response to texts and very punctual at appointments. The renovation was done well under his supervision and he immediately rectified minor details after the handover. I would not hesitate to recommend Jackson for any renovation work.
