We had a three day stopover in Singapore and stayed at the Fairmont. We treated ourselves to a Gold Club room and Wow! The whole experience from being greeted at the hotel lobby and being taken up to the dedicated check-in desk was excellent. We had arrived as the “Happy Hour” started and were shown to a table and offered drinks and choices from the food buffet. We were checked in whilst sitting in comfort. The staff were friendly and efficient and very welcoming. Our room was stylish and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was huge and spotless. There was everything available to make our stay enjoyable. We had lunch the next day at Prego and that was fabulous. Loved the decor, service and food. Our whole stay at the Fairmont was so good and we would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you to all the management and staff and we look forward to our next stay

Great stay in a great hotel. The location is really good and close to lots of places to go. MRT station of city hall at the bottom is also very helpful, as is the shopping centre attached to the bottom. Staff are all very kind and professional. Rooms are comfortable and nice. Great views of the city, marina bay sands and the water side area from parts of the hotel too. Overall would recommend and stay again.
