About Faith Employment Agency

About Faith Employment Agency

Faith Employment Agency is a domestic helper placement service based in Geylang, covering all areas of Singapore. The listing is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. It holds a 5/5 rating across 58 Google reviews, a moderate sample that provides reasonable confidence in customer satisfaction. No ACRA registration or MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence has been confirmed in the available data, which is a notable gap — a valid EA Licence is a legal requirement for any agency placing foreign domestic workers in Singapore, and prospective clients should verify this on MOM's online EA directory before proceeding.

When engaging a maid agency, the key steps are to confirm the EA Licence number and EA Grading (A+ to C) first, then discuss whether you need a new-hire helper or a transfer helper — transfer placements are typically less expensive (S$500–1,500) compared to new-hire placements (S$1,500–3,500). You will also want to clarify which source countries are available (Indonesia, Philippines, Myanmar, Sri Lanka are common), the helper's monthly salary range (S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience), and the monthly MOM levy (S$300 standard, or S$60 concessionary if your household qualifies). Confirm what is bundled into the placement fee — FDW insurance, the Settling-In Programme, the medical examination, and Work Permit application — and what is billed separately. Ask about the replacement guarantee window and what conditions apply.

To begin, reach out to Faith Employment Agency via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to confirm their EA Licence number, discuss helper profiles that match your household's needs, and request a full written breakdown of all fees before committing.

I chanced upon Faith Maid Agency when I was looking for a good helper agency after suffering from the horrible service and handful of horror helpers from my previous agency. Was impressed by the reviews and decided to give them a call to check on the rates and the helpers they have currently. They are reasonable in terms of price and are able to be a good middleman for both helper and employer. Raymond who served us was very efficient and responsive throughout the whole process. Thank you so much for helping us find the helper that we really needed! ☺️😊☺️😊

My helper decided to return home due to health reasons. Since it was a sudden decision, I haven't made prior arrangements in getting a replacement and was in desperate need of a new helper to take care of my elderly mother. I was glad that Raymond was able to assist me in getting a new helper within a week's time. The whole process was seamless and Raymond was very efficient in handling the paperwork and overall, I'm really happy with the service rendered.

It was tough hiring helper during Circuit Breaker but I need to as my dad need assistance. At first I was concerned that I could not get any so soon. I was also concerned that getting transferred helper may not be good. But I really cannot wait and I engaged the service of Faith Agency and waited patiently. It took about 2 weeks for the agency to refer a transferred helper to me. I have to trust that the agency will give me a good helper and glad I did. The transferred helper has started taking care of my dad since Aug and although it’s just a short 3 months, my family is very pleased with her patience and her willingness to take card of elderly. She’s a great help. Must really thank Faith Maid Agency for doing the right match for us.

Raymond is professional in explaining the process, and providing relevant information. He is also honest and transparent with pricing. Furthermore, Faith Maid Agency does values their clients' satisfaction and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure that needs are met. The boss created a chat with Raymond for after-sales service. A good indication that they are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and that clients can rely on them for ongoing support and assistance.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Faith Employment Agency charge?

Placement fees at maid agencies in Singapore typically run S$1,500–3,500 for a new-hire helper and S$500–1,500 for a transfer helper (one already in Singapore on a valid Work Permit). Faith Employment Agency has not published a specific placement fee, so ask for a full written quotation before proceeding. Beyond the placement fee, factor in the helper's monthly salary (S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience), the monthly MOM levy (S$300 standard, or S$60 concessionary if your household has a child under 16, an elderly member aged 67 or above, or a person with disability), mandatory FDW insurance (roughly S$300–600 per year), and any charges for the Settling-In Programme, medical examination, or Work Permit application not bundled into the placement fee. Is Faith Employment Agency MOM-licensed?

Every legitimate maid agency must hold an MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence — this is a legal requirement for placing foreign domestic workers in Singapore. The licence number should appear on the agency's website, contracts, and invoices, and can be verified directly on MOM's online EA directory by name or licence number. EA Grading runs from A+ to C; A+ and A grades signal stronger compliance and complaint handling. No EA Licence has been confirmed in the data currently available for Faith Employment Agency. Before paying any deposit or signing any contract, verify their licence status on MOM's online EA directory. Hiring through an unlicensed agent is illegal, leaves you with no recourse if a placement breaks down, and can void your FDW insurance. Verify the EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses.

What replacement guarantee does Faith Employment Agency offer?

A standard replacement guarantee covers a defined window — typically six months from the helper's arrival date — within which the agency will provide a replacement if the placement does not work out. It is important to clarify how many replacements are included, what circumstances void the guarantee (such as termination at the employer's sole discretion without documented cause), and what fee, if any, applies for additional replacements beyond the included number. Also confirm the early-termination process outside the guarantee window. If a placement breaks down after the guarantee expires, the household typically bears the cost of the repatriation flight, Work Permit cancellation, and any unused portion of the MOM levy. Ask Faith Employment Agency to set out these terms in writing before you commit to a placement.
