I chanced upon Faith Maid Agency when I was looking for a good helper agency after suffering from the horrible service and handful of horror helpers from my previous agency. Was impressed by the reviews and decided to give them a call to check on the rates and the helpers they have currently. They are reasonable in terms of price and are able to be a good middleman for both helper and employer. Raymond who served us was very efficient and responsive throughout the whole process. My helper decided to return home due to health reasons. Since it was a sudden decision, I haven't made prior arrangements in getting a replacement and was in desperate need of a new helper to take care of my elderly mother. I was glad that Raymond was able to assist me in getting a new helper within a week's time. The whole process was seamless and Raymond was very efficient in handling the paperwork and overall, I'm really happy with the service rendered.

It was tough hiring helper during Circuit Breaker but I need to as my dad need assistance. At first I was concerned that I could not get any so soon. I was also concerned that getting transferred helper may not be good. But I really cannot wait and I engaged the service of Faith Agency and waited patiently. It took about 2 weeks for the agency to refer a transferred helper to me. I have to trust that the agency will give me a good helper and glad I did. The transferred helper has started taking care of my dad since Aug and although it’s just a short 3 months, my family is very pleased with her patience and her willingness to take card of elderly. She’s a great help. Must really thank Faith Maid Agency for doing the right match for us.
