About FHYSIO
FHYSIO is a physiotherapy clinic operating from Delfi Orchard on Orchard Road, serving clients islandwide. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channel. Patients typically begin by reaching out via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to describe their condition or rehabilitation goal — whether that is post-surgical recovery, sports injury, chronic pain, postural issues, or neurological rehabilitation. At the first consultation, the physiotherapist conducts a structured assessment before agreeing on a treatment plan. Sessions may include manual therapy, exercise prescription, dry needling, or electrotherapy modalities depending on the clinical presentation. Patients can discuss whether a single-session or a recurring package better suits their needs, and a clear cancellation policy should be confirmed upfront.
To take the next step, contact FHYSIO directly via WhatsApp or phone to describe your condition and book an initial assessment at the Delfi Orchard clinic.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I had a really positive experience at this clinic. Shaun was attentive, patient and professional. He took the time to clearly explain my injury and also gave me clear exercises to do at home to support my recovery. He consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable at all times which I really appreciated. The clinic itself was extremely clean and hygienic. Highly recommended! Thank you Shaun!
I had a mild concussion causing spells of dizziness for a few days, probably BPHV vertigo. Shaun came highly recommended for vestibular therapy. He listened attentively to my narration, explained that he needed to loosen the neck and shoulder muscles for the manoeuvre to work effectively. Once done, the relief was almost immediate and the symptoms were significantly reduced. After a couple of days, I’m back to normal. Great job, Shaun! Wanted to let others, who may be in the same boat, know that you’re a great vestibular therapist 💪
The good reviews here are well deserved. I had an amazing sports massage from Brandon, and he gave me really helpful practical advice for how I can care for my back and what exercises can help. He was both professional and personable. My backache has reduced considerably after just one session. I will be back for sure. There is a 30% discount for first-timers, which made it all the more worthwhile. I recommend you try this place!
Professional, friendly and effective services! Shaun is very knowledgeable and helpful. I came here to alleviate the pain in my lower back pain and to also strengthen my lower torso. After a few sessions of the massage therapy with Celis I can feel the improvements! Thanks fhysio team :)
I’ve been coming to Fhysio consistently over the past two years for both physiotherapy consults and massage therapy with Shaun and Brandon. The entire team is friendly, skilled, and highly professional- always attentive to my needs and making each visit a great experience. Truly some of the best service I’ve experienced. Highly recommended!

A specific per-session fee was not publicly listed at the time of this entry. As a general reference, physiotherapy consultations in Singapore typically range from S$80 to S$180 per session at private clinics, with initial assessments often priced slightly higher than follow-up appointments. Some clinics offer package rates that reduce the per-session cost when bought in blocks of six to ten sessions. Confirm the exact fee, any surcharge for specialised modalities (such as dry needling or shockwave therapy), and the cancellation or no-show policy before your first visit. Ask whether your insurer or corporate benefits plan covers private physiotherapy, as many do with a supporting receipt. See the full physiotherapy cost guide for Singapore →
You do not need a GP referral to book a private physiotherapy appointment at FHYSIO — you can self-refer directly. That said, bringing any relevant medical records, imaging results (X-rays, MRI reports), or a GP or specialist letter will help the physiotherapist understand your history and avoid repeating investigations. At the first visit, expect a structured intake assessment covering your presenting complaint, pain history, mobility, strength, and functional goals. Some conditions — particularly post-operative rehabilitation, neurological cases, or complex chronic pain — benefit from a GP or specialist referral letter if you intend to claim through an integrated shield plan or corporate insurance, as insurers often require it. Confirm your insurer's documentation requirements before attending.
Physiotherapists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration is renewed annually and is publicly verifiable on the AHPC online register at healthprofessionals.gov.sg — search by the physiotherapist's name before your first appointment. No AHPC registration or other regulatory licence was listed in FHYSIO's provider data at the time of this entry. This does not necessarily mean the practitioners are unregistered — the information may simply not have been submitted. Ask FHYSIO directly for the treating physiotherapist's full name and AHPC registration number, and verify it on the register before proceeding. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
