About FoodLine

About FoodLine

FoodLine offers meal delivery services for seniors across Singapore, operating islandwide from its Paya Lebar office. The listing has been verified by KakiList, and with 2,166 Google reviews at a rating of 4.7 out of 5, there is a robust volume of public feedback to draw on. No regulatory licences are listed on this profile, and no ACRA registration has been confirmed, so prospective clients are advised to verify these details directly with FoodLine before engaging.

For families considering a meal delivery arrangement for an elderly parent or relative, the first step is typically a needs assessment — considering dietary requirements (low-sodium, diabetic-friendly, soft or pureed textures), frequency of delivery (daily, twice daily, or selected meals), and any religious or cultural food preferences. Families should confirm whether FoodLine works with prescribed dietary plans from a dietitian or hospital discharge team, and whether a trial period or shorter introductory package is available before committing to a recurring arrangement. Clarify delivery windows, packaging, and whether the delivery includes a brief welfare check or is a contactless drop-off, as this can matter significantly for seniors living alone.

To get started, contact FoodLine via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to describe the senior's dietary needs and preferred delivery schedule, and request details on available meal plans, pricing, and a sample menu before committing.

The Peranakan cuisine catered for our event on 18 January was excellent and well received by all. The ordering process was easy and seamless, with prompt follow-up from the staff. Wai Linn was especially helpful, demonstrating effective communication throughout and ensuring the setup was done nicely and efficiently. Overall, it was a pleasant and smooth experience, and we appreciate the professionalism and quality of service provided.

My first time using Foodline as recommended by my friend. I liaised with Nikki, and the communication was good. Everything went smoothly and well. I will recommended Foodline to everyone looking for a one stop portal to find caterers. Thank you. :)

Everything was great! The buffet was set up right on time, and the staff member was really friendly and helpful throughout. The serving portions (30pax) were more than enough, and all the dishes tasted delicious. The only one that didn’t quite hit the mark for me was the Mongolian fish that I found it a bit too sweet for my liking. Other than that, everything was spot on. Definitely recommend to others!

The food from Robert catering was delicious and the portions were generous. I also appreciate the staff who set up and later collected the buffet—they were friendly, helpful, and made the experience smooth and pleasant. Also order thru food line is easy and convenient.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does FoodLine charge?

FoodLine's pricing is not publicly listed on this profile. Singapore meal delivery services for seniors typically charge on a per-meal or daily-package basis, with costs varying by meal type (standard, therapeutic, or texture-modified), delivery frequency, and contract length. Monthly packages generally offer a lower per-meal rate than ad-hoc orders. Families should confirm the full cost structure directly — including any delivery surcharge for specific postal districts, a minimum order requirement, and whether a trial or starter pack is available at a reduced rate. Clarify payment terms and cancellation notice periods before signing up for a recurring plan. See the full eldercare cost guide for Singapore →

Live-in or visit-based — which does FoodLine offer?

FoodLine is a meal delivery service, not a caregiver placement or home care provider. It does not offer live-in caregivers or scheduled care visits. The service is suited to seniors who are largely independent or already supported by a family member or existing caregiver, and who need nutritious meals delivered to their door rather than hands-on personal or clinical care. For families managing a more complex care arrangement — including personal care, mobility assistance, or medical monitoring — a separate home care agency or day centre should be engaged alongside a meal delivery service. FoodLine's islandwide coverage means it can generally support seniors across HDB estates and private residential addresses, but confirm your postal district is within the delivery radius when enquiring.

Is the caregiver trained and insured?

As FoodLine is a meal delivery service rather than a caregiver provider, questions about nursing certification, dementia training, or caregiver insurance do not directly apply. The relevant assurances to seek are on the food safety and operational side: whether FoodLine holds an SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence, the hygiene grade of the preparation kitchen, how meals are packaged and kept at safe temperatures during delivery, and the protocol if a delivery is missed or a meal is unsatisfactory. No regulatory licences are listed on this KakiList profile. Families are strongly advised to ask FoodLine directly for proof of SFA licensing and food safety certifications before committing to a recurring arrangement, particularly where the senior has specific medical dietary needs.
