We had an excellent experience with your team (JT and Amber). My partner and me had quite contrasting ideas and concepts. JT and Amber were very experienced and offered a lot of golden advice and suggestions. They were able to come out with the design concept that incorporated both of our visions and were very helpful to select and make furnishing and color choices to blend in with the design concept. The renovation work also went on smoothly with close supervision and minor issues that popped up were resolved quickly and fuss free. Great job and 6 stars to JT and Amber for their professionalism. Highly recommended for those looking to create their dream home!

Overall, we had a great experience working with Zaron, our ID from Forefront Interior, and Samuel, our PM. We began searching for IDs in 2024, and among the four we met, Zaron stood out the most. Before diving into design, he took the time to understand our lifestyle, preferences, and needs. He presented multiple layout options based on our likes and non-negotiables, and it was clear that he truly enjoys designing. His concepts were always a good balance of practicality and aesthetics. We could also vibe with him which to us was one of the important factor in deciding who to engage with. When we were overwhelmed with choices, Zaron helped us with recommendations and gave his honest opinions. He is professional, easy-going, and very pleasant to work with — which we feel is extremely important when choosing an ID, especially for a long and personal renovation journey. Both Zaron and Samuel were also very responsive throughout the entire process, addressing all our queries promptly, which we really appreciated. Zaron helped us work within our budget and timeline. Pricing was competitive and on par with industry rates. He also provided practical workarounds to ensure we didn’t exceed our budget while still achieving what we wanted. We set a fixed handover date, and he delivered on time — which is impressive given that delays and hiccups are common in renovations. Although there were some minor workmanship issues, they were quickly and proactively resolved. Instead of brushing things off, they tried their best to fix the issues. Their after-sales service has also been excellent, sending workers down to rectify issues even after we had moved in. As someone who is very meticulous, the final outcome is impressive and both my husband and I are genuinely happy with the results. Overall, our renovation journey has been smooth and positive, and we highly recommend Forefront Interior and Zaron for your home renovation.

Overall, we had a smooth renovation experience. We met with 7 IDs before deciding to proceed with Cherlyn as she was sincere and didn’t seem to just be chasing a sale. She was also patient with us when indecisive moments kicked in and never pushed us to do anything we didn’t want to. While no renovation is ever 100% problem-free, Cherlyn and our project manager Jun Yi were very responsive and responsible whenever issues arose. They addressed concerns quickly, kept us informed throughout the process, and were professional and accommodating to work with, which made the entire renovation journey much less stressful. We appreciate their professionalism and commitment to seeing the project through and for making our first house a home!

We had a great experience working with Gabriel, our ID and Yve, our PM from Forefront Interor for our full home renovation. Right from the beginning, he took the time to understand our lifestyle, preferences, and needs. Gabriel presented multiple layout options based on what we were looking for, and his concepts always struck a very good balance between practicality and aesthetics. He is very meticulous in his presentation, which made it easier for us to understand what he was sharing. Whenever we felt stuck or unsure about certain design choices, he was very patient and would share his recommendations and past experiences. These insights were extremely helpful and gave us the confidence to make our final decisions. Throughout the renovation, both of them were very prompt and responsive, which made the whole journey much less stressful. Yve also gave updates consistently, which kept us excited and reassured that everything was going well. There were a few hiccups along the way (as expected with renovations), such as the glass display panel with the wrong measurement, but it was resolved very promptly and professionally without affecting the overall timeline. Despite these minor issues, the renovation was still completed on time, which we really appreciated. The workmanship was good, and what stood out most was his willingness to accommodate our requests — even towards the end of the project. We had some changes, including adding small but functional carpentry to the bomb shelter area, and he fulfilled them without hesitation. Our favourite part of the house is definitely the kitchen — we absolutely love the tiles and the carpentry colour combination! It turned out better than we imagined. Overall, we are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Gabriel from Forefront Interor to anyone looking for a reliable and responsible ID for their home renovation.

I first discovered Forefront Interior through a Home by Hitch event (if I remember correctly). When we started our renovation journey, we honestly had no idea how to design our home, or even what style we wanted. We were completely clueless. Then we met Carmen, our ID. She asked us so many thoughtful questions—whether we had any inspiration photos, what our lifestyle was like, what colours we were drawn to—just to understand what style suited us. I think she could tell right away how different my husband’s and my preferences were! She later proposed a design that immediately caught our attention, but at that point we were still speaking with a few other ID companies, so we kept it in mind. Fast-forward, we chose Forefront. Carmen has such a warm personality and is incredibly easy to talk to. She is confident in her craft and has a strong sense of design quality. She always shares her honest point of view, and many times we realised we had overlooked things—following her suggestions never disappointed us. I only wish we had a bigger budget so she could design our home to her fullest potential. As first-time homeowners, we learned a lot throughout the renovation. There were definitely minor issues along the way (as with any renovation), but I’m here to share the good experience because Carmen and the Forefront team handled everything well and delivered a result we are truly satisfied with. Jun Yi, our project manager, has also been nothing but amazing. I completely understand why he holds the position. He is punctual, helpful, gives practical advice, and always responds—even to my many silly questions and requests for help! We are genuinely thankful to have engaged the right company, the right ID, and the right project manager. We’ve received so many compliments on the design and workmanship. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy company with professional insight—especially if you’re not sure what you like or want. They can really guide you. Thank you for everything.
