About Four Seasons Hotel Singapore
Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is a venue rental option located at 190 Orchard Blvd, offering event spaces for weddings, corporate functions, social gatherings, and private celebrations. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channel. The property holds a 4.6/5 rating across 3,320 Google reviews — a robust sample that reflects consistent guest experience across the full hotel operation, though reviews span all hotel services and not exclusively event space hire.
Enquiries typically begin with confirming your event format and headcount, as capacity varies significantly between standing cocktail receptions, banquet round-table dinners, and theatre-style presentations — cocktail capacity is generally 1.5 to 2 times the seated banquet number. Key terms to clarify upfront include whether food and beverage is managed exclusively in-house or whether external caterers are permitted (and any associated corkage arrangements), bar service and liquor licensing, audio-visual provision (PA system, projector, screen, microphones), aircon hours, soundproofing, and the noise curfew that applies to the specific room. Setup and teardown access windows — which often fall outside the rented event period — should be confirmed before signing. For wedding solemnisations, establish whether the venue holds registered ROM status or whether a separate Justice of the Peace arrangement is required.
To begin, contact Four Seasons Hotel Singapore directly by phone or via the enquiry form on their website, specify your event date, format, and estimated headcount, and request a site recce before paying any deposit.
Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail / banquet / theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup/teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
We have been fortunate enough to stay in some of the finest hotels in the world and without hesitation, the Four Seasons Singapore stands apart from all of them. The service here operates at a level that is genuinely difficult to articulate. Every single member of staff, without exception, was warm, attentive and thoughtful in a way that felt entirely natural rather than rehearsed. Our daughter was with us and the team went out of their way to make her feel as much a guest as we were. When she was visibly tired at dinner, staff noticed without being prompted and brought something to keep her occupied. Throughout the stay, every member of the team made a genuine effort to engage with her. When we had to make an unplanned hospital visit, the hotel was completely accommodating, handling the situation with calm and care that took real pressure off what was already a stressful moment. It is the detail that sets this hotel apart. Baby toiletries were provided and when we mentioned our daughter had nappy rash in passing, they went out and sourced cream. We happened to mention a muffin we had enjoyed during a stay 2 years ago and it appeared at breakfast the following morning. The standard here is such that even when something fell short, we genuinely would have felt uncomfortable raising it. That says everything about the environment they create. An exceptional stay.
We held our wedding at Windows East, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The venue was beautifully set up, creating the perfect atmosphere for our special day. During the planning stages, we were well taken care of by Ivy and later Clara, who were both patient, responsive, and reassuring throughout the process. On the actual day, our banquet manager, Constance, impressed us greatly. She had clearly studied our plans carefully and ensured everything ran smoothly. It gave us peace of mind knowing she was on top of every detail. The food was delicious, the service was commendable, and the team was warm and attentive. Not forgetting our bridal suite which was spacious, classy and beautifully decorated for our joyous occasion. Our wedding went perfectly, and we are truly grateful to the team at Four Seasons for making it such a memorable celebration.
I had a wonderful experience at the Executive Club Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, and I’m especially grateful to Vienna and Sean for making my birthday celebration so special. They were warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful throughout our visit. They consistently anticipated our needs and went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of. Their service felt personal and sincere, not just routine. Vienna and Sean truly embody genuine hospitality. Their amazing service made the celebration even more memorable, and I’m very thankful for their kindness and care.
This is a typical 5 star Four Seasons Hotel. Your expectations will be met like any other Four Seasons Hotel, so I will only detail where I think it fell short: gluten free items for breakfast. We booked this hotel because it had good reviews for gluten free items for breakfast. A member in my family has celiac disease so they cannot have any gluten. The options for breakfast are basically eggs and gluten free bread. They have other gluten free items, but they are situated right next to items containing gluten, so the risk for cross contamination is high. If you are eating gluten free by choice, then I think it's fine. If you have celiac, I would look elsewhere or skip the breakfast.
We had our wedding banquet at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, and we are truly so grateful for the experience. From the very first meeting, the team made us feel supported, cared for, and completely at ease — which meant everything to us on such an important day. A heartfelt thank you to Ivy, our sales representative, who walked with us patiently through every step of the planning process. She was always responsive, thoughtful, and reassuring, and her attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind leading up to the wedding. We are also incredibly thankful to Yazid, the banquet manager, whose calm and confident coordination on the day itself ensured everything flowed seamlessly. The ballroom was beautifully set up, the food was delicious, and the service throughout the evening was warm and impeccable. Many of our guests shared how much they enjoyed the atmosphere and hospitality. After the celebrations, our comfortable two-night stay at the hotel was the perfect way to unwind and savour the moment as newlyweds. Thank you to Ivy, Yazid, and the entire Four Seasons team for going above and beyond to make our wedding day so meaningful and unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special milestone and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a wedding or special occasion.

Venue pricing at a five-star hotel property is typically structured as a per-event package rather than a simple hourly rate, often anchored to a food and beverage minimum spend per guest rather than a standalone hall rental fee. For ballrooms and larger function spaces, per-table banquet pricing commonly runs S$1,500–3,000+ per table of ten, while cocktail receptions and smaller private dining rooms may be quoted on a package or minimum-spend basis. Itemise the full cost before committing: what A/V equipment is included versus billed on top, whether setup and teardown access falls within the contracted window, corkage for any external items, extended-hours surcharges, and GST and service charge — hotel venues typically apply both, adding roughly 17–18% to the base quote. Capacity depends on your event layout — standing cocktail configurations typically accommodate 1.5 to 2 times the number of guests seated at round banquet tables, with theatre seating falling between the two. Confirm the specific room dimensions and floor plan for your headcount and arrangement before reserving. At a hotel of this tier, food and beverage is almost always managed exclusively in-house, with external caterers generally not permitted. This means your venue and catering costs are bundled — the minimum food and beverage spend per guest effectively replaces a separate hall rental charge. Confirm the house wine and spirits list, bar service hours, and whether BYO arrangements carry a corkage fee. For wedding solemnisations, verify whether the venue is a registered ROM solemnisation venue or whether you need to arrange a Justice of the Peace independently.
Popular Saturday evening dates at five-star hotel venues book out 6–12 months in advance, particularly during wedding season in March–April and October–November. A deposit — typically 30–50% of the estimated total — is required to secure the date, with the balance settled closer to the event. Before paying the deposit, do a site recce and confirm in writing: the noise curfew for your specific room, parking arrangements (valet and public options at Orchard Blvd), accessibility for guests with mobility needs, setup and teardown access windows, and the rescheduling or postponement terms if a force-majeure event requires a date change. Reputable hotel venues typically allow rescheduling within 6–12 months without forfeiting the deposit, but the exact terms vary — get this in writing.
