About Four Seasons Singapore
Four Seasons Singapore is a venue rental provider located at 190 Orchard Blvd, offering event spaces in the Orchard area of Singapore. KakiList has verified its operating details and contact channels. It holds a 4.6/5 rating across 3,320 Google reviews, a robust sample that provides a reliable picture of guest experience. Pricing is presented at the S$$ tier and follows a package model, which is standard for hotel event spaces.
Enquiries typically begin with a function brief covering your event format — standing cocktail, banquet round-table, or theatre seating — and your expected headcount, as capacity varies considerably between configurations. From there, the events team will advise on available spaces, in-house F&B arrangements, and whether external caterers are permitted, along with any applicable corkage. It is worth confirming A/V provision (PA system, projector, screen, microphones), aircon hours, setup and teardown access windows, noise curfew, parking arrangements, and lift or ramp accessibility before committing. For wedding solemnisations, confirm whether the venue holds registered ROM solemnisation status or whether a separate Justice of the Peace arrangement is needed.
Contact Four Seasons Singapore via phone or the enquiry form on their listing to request a site recce, confirm your preferred date, and obtain a written package proposal before paying any deposit.
Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail / banquet / theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup/teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
We have been fortunate enough to stay in some of the finest hotels in the world and without hesitation, the Four Seasons Singapore stands apart from all of them. The service here operates at a level that is genuinely difficult to articulate. Every single member of staff, without exception, was warm, attentive and thoughtful in a way that felt entirely natural rather than rehearsed. Our daughter was with us and the team went out of their way to make her feel as much a guest as we were. When she was visibly tired at dinner, staff noticed without being prompted and brought something to keep her occupied. Throughout the stay, every member of the team made a genuine effort to engage with her. When we had to make an unplanned hospital visit, the hotel was completely accommodating, handling the situation with calm and care that took real pressure off what was already a stressful moment. It is the detail that sets this hotel apart. Baby toiletries were provided and when we mentioned our daughter had nappy rash in passing, they went out and sourced cream. We happened to mention a muffin we had enjoyed during a stay 2 years ago and it appeared at breakfast the following morning. The standard here is such that even when something fell short, we genuinely would have felt uncomfortable raising it. That says everything about the environment they create. An exceptional stay.
We held our wedding at Windows East, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The venue was beautifully set up, creating the perfect atmosphere for our special day. During the planning stages, we were well taken care of by Ivy and later Clara, who were both patient, responsive, and reassuring throughout the process. On the actual day, our banquet manager, Constance, impressed us greatly. She had clearly studied our plans carefully and ensured everything ran smoothly. It gave us peace of mind knowing she was on top of every detail. The food was delicious, the service was commendable, and the team was warm and attentive. Not forgetting our bridal suite which was spacious, classy and beautifully decorated for our joyous occasion. Our wedding went perfectly, and we are truly grateful to the team at Four Seasons for making it such a memorable celebration.
I had a wonderful experience at the Executive Club Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, and I’m especially grateful to Vienna and Sean for making my birthday celebration so special. They were warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful throughout our visit. They consistently anticipated our needs and went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of. Their service felt personal and sincere, not just routine. Vienna and Sean truly embody genuine hospitality. Their amazing service made the celebration even more memorable, and I’m very thankful for their kindness and care.
This is a typical 5 star Four Seasons Hotel. Your expectations will be met like any other Four Seasons Hotel, so I will only detail where I think it fell short: gluten free items for breakfast. We booked this hotel because it had good reviews for gluten free items for breakfast. A member in my family has celiac disease so they cannot have any gluten. The options for breakfast are basically eggs and gluten free bread. They have other gluten free items, but they are situated right next to items containing gluten, so the risk for cross contamination is high. If you are eating gluten free by choice, then I think it's fine. If you have celiac, I would look elsewhere or skip the breakfast.
We had our wedding banquet at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, and we are truly so grateful for the experience. From the very first meeting, the team made us feel supported, cared for, and completely at ease — which meant everything to us on such an important day. A heartfelt thank you to Ivy, our sales representative, who walked with us patiently through every step of the planning process. She was always responsive, thoughtful, and reassuring, and her attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind leading up to the wedding. We are also incredibly thankful to Yazid, the banquet manager, whose calm and confident coordination on the day itself ensured everything flowed seamlessly. The ballroom was beautifully set up, the food was delicious, and the service throughout the evening was warm and impeccable. Many of our guests shared how much they enjoyed the atmosphere and hospitality. After the celebrations, our comfortable two-night stay at the hotel was the perfect way to unwind and savour the moment as newlyweds. Thank you to Ivy, Yazid, and the entire Four Seasons team for going above and beyond to make our wedding day so meaningful and unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special milestone and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a wedding or special occasion.

Hotel event venues at this tier typically operate on a package model rather than a simple hourly rate. Function rooms are generally priced as half-day or full-day packages, while ballroom or large-format spaces are quoted per event. At a mid-to-premium hotel in the Orchard corridor, full-day packages for mid-sized function rooms typically range from S$3,000–8,000+, with ballroom events running S$10,000–30,000+ depending on the setup and duration. Itemise carefully before signing: aircon hours, basic A/V inclusions, in-house F&B minimum spend per pax (which often replaces a separate hall fee), external-caterer corkage if applicable, setup and teardown access outside the rented window, liquor corkage, and an extended-hours surcharge if your event runs past the standard close. GST applies to venue and F&B charges. See the full venue rental cost guide for Singapore →
Capacity depends on your event format — standing cocktail configurations typically accommodate 1.5–2× the banquet seated number, with theatre seating sitting between the two. Confirm the exact figures for your chosen space directly with the events team, as a hotel of this scale usually offers multiple rooms at different capacities. For F&B, hotel venues at this level most commonly operate on an in-house F&B minimum spend model, where the hall rental is rolled into a per-pax food and beverage package. External caterers may not be permitted, or may be subject to a corkage fee and an approved-caterer arrangement. BYO liquor, if allowed, typically carries a corkage charge per bottle. For wedding solemnisations, confirm whether the venue is a registered ROM solemnisation venue or whether you need to arrange a Justice of the Peace independently.
Hotel event venues typically require a deposit of 30–50% on signing to secure the date, with the balance due 1–2 weeks before the event. Popular Saturday evening dates, particularly during wedding season in March–April and October–November, book out 6–12 months in advance at sought-after Orchard hotel properties. Before paying the deposit, confirm the noise curfew (standard 10–11pm in most hotel venues), parking arrangements for guests, lift and ramp accessibility, and setup and teardown access windows — these are often outside the contracted rental period and need to be negotiated explicitly. Ask about the rescheduling and force-majeure policy, as reputable venues typically allow postponement within 6–12 months without forfeiting the deposit under qualifying circumstances. A site recce before committing is strongly recommended. See the full venue rental cost guide for Singapore →
