Enquiring parties should begin by confirming capacity for their specific event format, as standing cocktail capacity is typically 1.5–2× the banquet seated figure — a critical distinction for space planning. Key questions to raise upfront include in-house F&B policy versus external caterer permissions (corkage fees and approved-caterer lists where applicable), bar service and liquor licensing, A/V provision (PA system, projector, screen, lighting, microphones), aircon hours, noise curfew, and parking arrangements. Setup and teardown access windows are often outside the rented time block and should be confirmed before signing. Accessibility — lift access, ramps, and accessible toilets — and photography permits for waterfront spaces are also worth clarifying. For wedding solemnisations, confirm whether the venue holds ROM registered solemnisation status or whether a Justice of the Peace must be arranged separately.
To take the next step, contact Fullerton Bay Singapore directly by phone or via the online enquiry form to request a site recce, a capacity and layout breakdown for your event format, and the full package terms — including F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup and teardown access, and the deposit and rescheduling conditions — before committing.
Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail / banquet / theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup/teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
I had the most amazing stay at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. The room was beautifully designed — modern, spacious, and featuring breathtaking views of Marina Bay. Waking up to that skyline felt magical. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight, offering one of the best panoramic views in Singapore. Breakfast selection was excellent with high-quality dishes and great variety. I can’t wait to return.
Incredible staff absolutely made the experience. Very attentive offering fruit infused water and coconut ice cream at the pools. Wonderful concierge and baggage handlers, Ganes in particular was lovely to chat with while waiting for our taxi. Another wonderful concierge helped us on arrival, I don’t catch his name but he shared some great information about Chinese new year customs and life in Singapore. Room was stunning, pool was glorious and not too busy. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight! Really enjoyed the Chinese and Indian offerings (surprisingly, as ordinarily I would have a western breakfast). Could not fault a single thing or person, would trip over myself to come back here again as soon as possible!
So glad we stayed at Fullerton Bay! I love the smaller scale of the hotel compared to so many other massive properties in the area. It is gorgeous, perfectly located and very comfortable. I arrived super early, 5 am'ish and even though they were fully booked they had me in a room by 6 am. The entire staff is kind, relatable and seems to genuinely love their jobs. We were upgraded to a bay view room which was wonderful for lounging on the patio and watching the nightly light & water show at Marina Bay Sands across the way. This is my go to Singapore hotel.
So amazing and a must stay. Great views without the crowds. Amazing amenities, umbrellas super helpful. Mr Saddiq and the porters, helped us with the bags and everything was smooth. VIP treatment by Ash and even though we didn’t get upgraded it was still an outstanding room. Loads of in-room amenities. Superstar of breakfast and maybe in general at this hotel is Jasmine, she was there early morning and was super kind and efficient and was handling a lot of tables with ease before the other help arrived. Mr Kevin the chef at the egg station was great and provided us excellent service. Also great were Esther and Lotha at the hotel. Mr Uthaya for in room dining service was great. We loved him. And lastly, Diana at check out was great. Perfect end to my wife’s milestone birthday stay in Singapore. We wish we could thank everyone but we enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Thank you and happy new year!
We had great time here. The staff were warm and friendly. My room was incredible clean. The service was excellent. Also, we enjoyed the view in the balcony of the room. Especially appreciate the receptionist Diana, Lyca and housekeeping Sammi.

Fullerton Bay Singapore prices event spaces on a package basis at the S$$ tier. Waterfront hotel venues of this profile in Singapore typically operate either on an hourly hall rate — function rooms at S$100–500/hour with a 2–4 hour minimum, ballrooms at S$300–1,500+/hour — or on per-event packages ranging from S$1,500–8,000+ for a half-day at smaller spaces and S$8,000–30,000+ for full-day ballrooms. Itemise what is included before comparing packages: aircon hours, basic A/V provision (PA, projector, screen), on-site staff, cleaning, and setup and teardown access (often outside the rented window). Add-ons to confirm separately include external-caterer corkage (typical S$3–8 per pax), in-house F&B minimum spend, liquor corkage if BYO, and extended-hours surcharges at 1.5×–2× outside the standard curfew. Confirm capacity for your specific event format before booking — standing cocktail capacity is typically 1.5–2× the banquet seated figure, with theatre seating falling between the two. Layouts vary by space, so request a detailed floor plan showing all configuration options. For F&B, hotel venues at this level generally offer in-house catering with a minimum spend per pax that may replace or supplement the hall hire fee. External caterers are sometimes permitted with a corkage charge and may be subject to an approved-caterer list — confirm this explicitly if you plan to bring your own supplier. Liquor service typically involves a house wine and beverage list; BYO arrangements carry a per-bottle corkage fee (typical S$15–30 for wine, higher for spirits). For wedding solemnisations, confirm whether the venue is a registered ROM solemnisation venue or whether a Justice of the Peace must be engaged separately.
Deposit to secure a date is typically 30–50% on signing, with the balance due 1–2 weeks before the event. Waterfront hotel venues at this profile book out significantly in advance — popular Saturday evenings in peak wedding seasons (March–April and October–November) can be reserved 6–12 months ahead. Confirm the noise curfew (typical 10–11pm for venues in proximity to residential or mixed-use areas), parking arrangements, and accessibility provisions (lift, ramp, accessible toilets). Clarify the rescheduling and force-majeure policy — reputable venues generally allow postponement within 6–12 months without forfeiting the deposit in genuine cases. A site recce during a comparable event setup, or at minimum during standard operating hours, is strongly recommended before paying the deposit. Put all terms — F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup and teardown access windows, and cancellation conditions — in writing.
