Enquiries typically begin by sharing the event date, format, and guest count with the venue coordinator. Capacity varies by room configuration — standing cocktail receptions generally accommodate 1.5 to 2 times the banquet seated number, while theatre seating falls between the two. Confirm which spaces are available for your specific layout, whether in-house F&B is mandatory or an external caterer is permitted (and any associated corkage arrangement), bar service and the liquor licence, A/V provision including PA, projector, screen, and microphones, and the aircon and noise curfew hours. Clarify setup and teardown access windows, as these are often outside the contracted rental period, and confirm parking availability and venue accessibility via lift, ramp, and accessible facilities. For wedding solemnisations, ask whether the space is a registered ROM venue or whether a separate Justice of the Peace arrangement is needed.
To proceed, contact the Fullerton Hotel Singapore Event team by phone or enquiry form to share your event date, format, and headcount, and arrange a site recce before committing to any deposit.
Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail / banquet / theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup/teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
Our stay at the Fullerton hotel could not have been any better, seriously, exceptional.. We booked 4 nights in a straits club premier Colyer suite #849. On the 8th floor immediately above the hotel lobby entrance, looking down the Singapore river. The room was perfect and everything you would expect from a premier hotel. Honestly, if it wasn’t in the room to start with, a quick chat with reception and it was. The straits club lounge access offers breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails and canapés. Breakfast was more than adequate, if a little slow at times. You do get the option to eat in the main courtyard restaurant, which we did once and the choice of food was very expansive and of a seriously good quality. We didn’t experience the afternoon tea. But wholeheartedly commend the cocktails and canapés. We made the most of the unlimited Veuve Clicquot and the range of cocktails and beer. The canapés, both international and Asian, were also excellent, the staff running the lounge were excellent with a special thanks to Ryan who went out of his way to really make us feel special. The location is perfect for a short visit to the city in amongst both old a new Singapore, so, to summarise, the hotel really couldn’t be any better…
Stayed for a night in December 2025. Even though it’s a historical hotel, the rooms are well maintained and comfortable. I love that it’s very quiet in the room, suitable for a good rest. The Christmas period is the best time to stay as they have great decorations. They also give kids an ice cream pass to redeem free ice cream at their restaurant.
Could not recommend The Fullerton Hotel more highly! My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights and we were blown away. The service was exceptional - everyone was beyond friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was amazing - we were in heaven with the range of food. The location is also central to most things including the very accessible public transport. The room was beautiful and big, and the little touches like the turndown service at night made our stay here fantastic. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends!
We stayed here in January and it was by far my best and favorite hotel experience. I would highly recommend staying here. Perfect location to be able to get around to all the sites in Singapore. The rooms were immaculate, service phenomenal and food/drinks delicious. The breakfast spread for the buffet was truly amazing (forgot to take pictures). We arrived early before check in and left late after check out and both times they held our belonging so we did not have to carry them around Singapore with us. They also allowed us to shower and freshen up at the spa prior to us heading to the airport. Again 10/10 and highly recommend.
I truly cannot find a negative for this hotel, we had an amazing three night stay. Staff exceptional with nothing being too much trouble. Our room was spacious, and had everything we needed. The choice at breakfast exceeded expectation.

Fullerton Hotel Singapore Event uses a package pricing model, and rates vary by space, event format, and date. As a general reference, Singapore function rooms typically run S$100–500 per hour with a 2–4 hour minimum, while ballroom-scale spaces run S$300–1,500 or more per hour; per-event packages for mid-sized venues typically start from S$1,500–8,000 for a half-day, rising substantially for full-day ballroom bookings. Itemise what is included when reviewing any package: aircon hours, basic A/V provision (PA, projector, screen, staff on-site), setup and teardown access, and cleaning. Common add-ons include extended-hours surcharges, external-caterer corkage (if permitted), liquor corkage for BYO, photography or videography permits, and any in-house F&B minimum spend that replaces the hall rental fee. GST applies. For exact pricing matched to your event date and room configuration, contact the Fullerton Hotel Singapore Event team directly. See the full Venue Rental cost guide for Singapore →
Capacity depends on room selection and event format. Standing cocktail receptions typically accommodate 1.5 to 2 times the banquet seated figure for the same room; theatre seating falls between the two. Ask the venue coordinator for a floor plan and confirm the maximum for your specific layout before comparing quotes. For F&B, heritage hotel venues of this calibre commonly require in-house catering with a minimum spend per head that effectively replaces a separate hall rental charge. If an external caterer is a priority, confirm whether this is permitted and what corkage per pax applies, or whether an approved-caterer list governs the arrangement. The liquor and bar service policy — house list versus BYO with corkage — should also be clarified in writing. For wedding solemnisations, confirm whether any of the event spaces hold ROM venue registration, or whether you will need to arrange a Commissioner for Marriages or a Justice of the Peace separately.
A deposit — typically 30–50% of the package value — is required to secure the date, with the balance usually due 1–2 weeks before the event. Popular Saturday evenings at central hotels book out 6–12 months ahead, particularly during wedding season in March–April and October–November, so early enquiry is advisable. Confirm the noise curfew (typical 10–11pm in venues with residential adjacency), parking arrangements and validation, accessibility via lift, ramp, and accessible facilities, and precisely when setup and teardown access begins and ends — these windows are often separate from the rented period and matter for caterers and decorators. Ask the venue coordinator to put the rescheduling and force-majeure policy in writing, particularly coverage for public-health restrictions or exceptional circumstances that may require postponement. Most reputable hotel venues allow rescheduling within 6–12 months without forfeiting the deposit. A site recce before paying is standard practice and strongly recommended.
