We had a great experience working with Adrian for our new home. We didn't have a clear idea of what we wanted, and he helped propose the look based on some of our requirements. As we're also quite particular people, he worked on our feedback promptly where feasible, and balanced our ideas with what actually works and what looks good. He kept our preferences and requirements in mind when shortlisting options in colours/laminates/counter tops which really helped with decision-making. Where there were areas he wasn't too familiar, he would verify with the relevant contractors and advise us accordingly. Adrian is consistently responsive, including in some post-handover matters (e.g. we realised one section of our track lights wasn't connected, and that was rectified quickly). Any reno project has its hiccups and what mattered was the response in managing any issues. Adrian always made sure to address any details we noted/questions raised throughout the reno process. His scheduling of contractors was also generally well-planned and without clashes (just a small note, things may be scheduled but he may miss to update. Was just our preference to know the plans, and he would confirm updates promptly on our asking). We are happy with the quality of work by his contractors too! Overall, would recommend Adrian for his design vision and for his consistency throughout.

Had an excellent experience working with Adrian Young from Fuse Concept for our home renovation. We first met Adrian at a Qanvast event, and he stood out as the most responsive designer who promptly followed up with us. Despite several rounds of revisions to meet our high standards, Adrian was patient and provided valuable advice on cost management and overcoming various challenges. The carpentry quality was good with quality materials, and while the craftsmanship had some minor imperfections, the overall result was satisfying. Adrian helped us navigate unforeseen difficulties throughout the project, and though the main works were completed on schedule, touch-ups took a bit longer. What impressed us most was Adrian's consistently polite, professional, and comforting communication style. Overall, we're satisfied with the outcome and grateful for Adrian's dedication to our project. We give 4.5 stars overall which rounding up to 5.

was searching for ID to re renovate my kitchen and I decided to go back to Fuse Concept which I used 13 years ago. I contact them in July and Chao Zhe was assigned to me to help me make my dream kitchen come true. I have contacted other IDs but their response was lack lustred and the drawings they provided was not what i expected. From the start of our conversation to the end of the renovation. Chao Zhe was always responsive even if he was busy with other projects he will mentioned that he will be late in response, which I appreciated. He took the trouble to come to my place to see the condition of my old kitchen, and we also went to their office to discuss the materials etc. Many whatsapp were exchanged. Ideas, our wants and needs, his suggestions and of course honest opinions of whether it works or does not work for the kitchen. After almost 2 - 3 weeks of discussion, reality of the work happened on 4 August. My kitchen was completed on 25 August. Very very happy with the outcome. There were minor adjustments to be made but they were quick to rectify. I now am a proud owner of a beautiful kitchen thanks to Chao Zhe and the team. Also for Edmund (the boss) who mentor him. Engaged Adrian Young to be our ID for resale flat, glad to say i trust the right person. I work in an industry where i have heard alot of horror ID stories but Adrian managed to make us feel relieved when there’s hiccup and would solve the issue right away. we were away most of the time during the reno so we really left everything for him to handle. What’s important for us is to look for ID who’s responsible, know what he’s doing and aesthetic, and Adrian hits all those point. We had few changes along the way and Adrian was able to suggest accordingly. He responded to our texts as soon as he could and we were never left hanging. Everyone who came to our house would compliment the house. Overall, I’d recommend Adrian as he is responsible and kind! Thankyou Adrian :)

We were thoroughly impressed with Adrian’s design sensibilities and the moodboard he presented during the Hitcheed ID Fair. His strong qualifications, combined with his creative vision and warm personality, were key reasons why we decided to work with him. We especially appreciated his thoughtful colour coordination and the way he proposed various colour options that complemented the different elements of our home. The end result is a living space that not only looks great but also suits our lifestyle wonderfully — we’re really enjoying it! When there was a need for follow ups, Adrian was receptive and tried his best to sort things out. Throughout the process, Adrian remained responsive, even when we needed updates or minor fixes. What stood out most was his continued support even after the handover; when our LED driver had issues a few months in, he stepped in to help without hesitation. One of our favourite features is the spice rack he integrated into our kitchen — it’s both stylish and functional, and we’ve received so many compliments on it! We truly appreciate how Adrian took the time to listen to our needs and concerns, and how he thoughtfully incorporated our input into the design. His ability to balance aesthetics with functionality made all the difference. We're very grateful for his dedication and support and love our home! Thank you Adrian and Fuse Concept!
