I was looking into renovating my existing flat's living room and to convert 1 room into a bike room. I approached GOAT because I heard their carpentry work is good. Clarissa was appointed to oversee and to coordinate the reno work. It is a pleasure to work with Clarissa. Despite being quite new in her job, her attitude had been one that would not say no to her client, trying her best to fulfil my demand. Her valuable contribution comes into helping me to decide the color theme for my bike room and the floorings. In any renovation work there bound to have hiccups and miscommunication, Jack responded very promptly and rectified the problem within the second day. Among some of the interior design company i come across, GOAT has been one company that is customer oriented and has good attitude. Hence it pleased me to recommend them to my sister who is looking into a few contractors to renovate her kitchen.

This is my compliments for Jack and Wei Yi. (G.O.A.T.) This review took me 20 minutes to pen, and it is worthwhile to do it for all future would-be tenants out there searching for a very reliable and responsible design and renovation company called G.O.A.T. 1) Why I choose G.O.A.T. The first meeting at the site was positive. Wei Yi arrived early for the site briefing. To me and to everyone, punctuality is a mannerism and it scored good point. She dressed neatly. She came out with a virtual design fast, followed by a quotation for the renovation project. 2) G.O.A.T. has many good, skilled and qualified workmen and several of them are "star" players with good initiatives, very responsible, and very hardworking without their supervisors on site to supervise them or the tenant to go on site to see them work. 3) When I met with problems, G.O.A.T. is always there to take the challenge and solve for us by: a) give us a virtual drawing b) a timeline to show us which activity will be carried out on which date. c) I do track the timeline. Moving ahead, the timeline is smooth from the start. The schedule is about 5 to 7 days ahead in the middle of the timeline project. Towards the tail, it is about 10 to 12 days ahead. 4) When a problem arises, G.O.A.T. is always there to listen and help us solve it amicably. 5) The most headache is the spalling concrete issue where G.O.A.T. is able to address it with HDB. 6) I like the style of Wei Yi. When we pounce a question to her, she never puts a long or sulky face. She responsed promptly and in a positive manner. That makes both sides to work smoothly and happily. I did tell G.O.A.T. that corporate image is very important. From pasting for renovation notice to design plan to be pasted on the wall, I told G.O.A.T. not to give me plaster tape on all four corners. Instead, use a proper color tape to paste a whole stretch from top left to right, the same from bottom left to right to project a stylist and neat and proper appearance. Sometimes, I engage conversation with G.O.A.T."s star workmen. The latter always have positive compliments about G.O.A.T. From here, I can safely confirm that G.O.A.T. is a good choice to engage them for your renovation needs. What does G.O.A.T. stand for? It means Great Of All Times, and it lives up to its corporate image. The whole project was completed 13 days ahead of the timeline. Wei Yi is the assigned site supervisor caring for my renovation needs. She carried out her duties sincerely and faithfully, a trusted site supervisor of all times. We thank G.O.A.T. , its staff and a pool of "star" workmen very much for their dedicated services. We wish G.O.A.T.'s to receive abundant renovation orders from big well established corporations wanting to do major designs and renovations. Have you heard about good "after sales" services. G.O.A.T. has its good after sales services for it's clients. Well done job. Cheers.

As an ageing couple, we decided to down size and found GOAT to help us in the overall planning, designing & renovating works for our 3 room BTO flat. We expressed our concerns to them regarding space constraints, working within a given budget, and to brighten up the new place. We were greeted with the final outcome that surpassed our expectations indeed. Jack is attentive, down to earth and professional. He has keen eyes & taste for aesthetics and is quick to give us his genuine input. He took time to answer our queries. That gave us a lot of assurance. Wei Yi came alongside and provided all drawings for the house, dialogued with us relentlessly, and being there for us, many times going the extra mile. She kept us on our toes, constantly reminding me not to overrun my budget in my selection of essentials for the house. I'm always impressed by Wei Yi's patience & promptness. She made the whole process enlightened & rested, giving us glimpses of anticipation to our new home. The challenge for Wei Yi was to keep the guest room as its purpose, yet crafting a space for my sewing hobby without seemingly cluttered. Wei Yi is industrious in providing the various options in designs, and detailed enough to ensure my desires and expectations are met. I had bright lights, high table for cutting fabrics, more empty cabinets and spacious enough to put a single bed. I'm thankful indeed. Being a reader, I have loads of books. They solved my concern by giving me ample space for storing my books, and a 'hidden' closet to keep our shoes at the same time. I ended up with more empty cabinets after packing. Thumbs up! This will be our final home as we aged into our sunset days. We are grateful that we have GOAT to journey with us. Their meticulous & professional competence is applaudable. Their rates are transparent, reasonable and without any hidden cost. Of course, a home fully furnished with quality workmanship. We are happy, thankful and rested. The downsizing has not affected us, cos our home is beautifully renovated, uncluttered and brightly lit. All credit to GOAT and his team. Highly recommended for anyone and families who need an ID with professional & personal services. Thanks Jack and Wei Yi. It was a pleasant journey for us.
