The final outcome met our basic expectations, and the workmanship is acceptable — nothing outstanding, but generally fine. That said, the experience overall was less than ideal. The team wasn’t very proactive; we often had to follow up ourselves and push for updates or decisions. For the premium price charged, we expected a higher level of service and attention to detail. One point that stood out was their request for full payment before the renovation was fully completed. We’re not sure if this is standard industry practice, but it felt premature given there were still pending works at the time. In short: an average experience with average results — not something we would choose again if not for the personal connection.

An ID has bad conduct, poor response, irresponsible and selfish due to negligence with poor supervision during demolish a unit just an level above my friend's unit which leads many issues n inconvenience to my friend physically n mentally. Please do remember ID is very important for renovations and so as the company. It reflects the REPUTATION So I will not recommend.
