The helper that we got was a nightmare - she ordered things online and sent them to our house without asking, she helped herself to all our food, and she was constantly on her phone. She continued even after we asked her to stop. Clearly the agent did not instill any basic work ethics or brief her adequately. He was also dishonest and did not disclose the true reasons for termination from her previous employer. We have been trying to get a change but he has been dragging us by telling us there are no suitable helpers for transfer, and our only option would be to pay more to bring in a fresh helper. The response time is also really slow. Will not recommend at all - the agent and the helper are just as shady.
