She recommended suitable colors for our house, making it warm and homely She did her best to cater to our every whims and changes, and transparent with us if things cannot work out or extra cost is required. Thank you our ID Desmond Tang for giving us our dream home. He try to work within our budget and give us his recommendations along the way. Thanks for being patient with us when at times we are frequent minded on the details and colors. Love the workmanship of the carpentry work. The detailing of every steps are well discussed and explained by our ID. Work are well organised and within the time line given. He even takes the extra mile assisting us in the selection of our furniture and household items to match our theme. No matter what time we whastapp him, he will promptly reply to our concerns and providing us updates at every step of the progress; sending us photos and videos. Tiny details that we have overlook, Desmond will highlight to our concern and consideration. Really grateful having him around to guide us along, as this is our first house there are things which we didn't thought of and he very patiently explain to us. Everything is what we have been dreaming of after 4 years of waiting for our dream home. Overall we are super satisfied with the outcome and glad that we have chosen Great Oasis and Desmond as our ID.

Great experience with Jasmine & Samuel at Great Oasis! From start to finish, everything happened in a snap – though I wouldn’t recommend trying to rush them, haha. Jasmine was super friendly and approachable the whole time. She was also very direct (in a good way!) – if we suggested something that wasn’t going to work, she’d simply tell us “NO” and offer a better alternative. It was refreshing to have someone so honest and helpful! Highly recommend! During the renovation, there were a few issues, but Jasmine managed to resolve them before we even found out. Truly impressive!

This is a follow-up to the review I posted about a year ago after our wonderful renovation experience with Jasmine and her team. What continues to impress us is their excellent after-sale service. Even long after the project was completed, Jasmine remained responsive and proactive—helping us liaise with suppliers to sort out a few minor issues quickly and smoothly. No hassle, no delays, just genuine support. It’s rare to find a renovation team that stands by their work so consistently. If you're looking for a team that’s reliable, communicative, and truly committed to their clients, I highly recommend them. ------- I got scammed with my earlier contract with a different renovation company. I entered this new contract feeling uncertain. Contract Jasmine explained the contract details very well. The timeline was drafted out clearly. The points where delay might happen were also flagged out to me. That I really appreciate. Renovation I greatly appreciate Jasmine's advice on renovation ideas. Her ideas are not only aesthetically pleasing but most importantly, practical. That is a very important plus for my decision-making. The renovation work was smooth. (I could go on a holiday and focus on my job knowing that my house is in good hands) Post-Renovation The touch-up is done well. Thank you, Jasmine and the team in GOAT.

Despite some unforeseen details which led to changing directions and decisions they were very supportive and committed to meet our deadline.
