About GreatLink Agency Pte Ltd
GreatLink Agency Pte Ltd is a maid agency operating islandwide from its Mountbatten Road office, connecting Singapore households with foreign domestic workers. The listing is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered, and carries a 4.6/5 rating across 100 Google reviews — a robust sample. No MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence number has been provided in this listing, which is a mandatory requirement for all agencies placing foreign domestic helpers in Singapore; prospective clients should verify the licence on MOM's online EA directory before proceeding.
When engaging GreatLink Agency, the process typically begins with a phone enquiry to discuss your household's needs — whether you are hiring a new helper or seeking a transfer helper, your preferred source country (Indonesia, Philippines, Myanmar, or Sri Lanka), and any specific experience requirements such as infant care, elder care, or cooking. The agency will present helper profiles for your review. Once you select a candidate, you will proceed through MOM Work Permit application, the mandatory Settling-In Programme, and a medical examination. Confirm what is bundled into the placement fee and what is billed separately — including FDW insurance, Settling-In Programme, and medical exam costs. Ask also about the replacement guarantee window, what circumstances void it, and how early termination and repatriation costs are handled.
Call GreatLink Agency on the number listed to request a current helper profile, confirm the placement fee structure for new hire versus transfer, and ask the agent to provide their MOM EA Licence number for independent verification before paying any deposit.
Verify the EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses.
Great link Agency Pte Ltd is one Maid Agency with professional staff and with comprehensive support services. When looking for a helper, I am very pleased to have been served by Ms Samantha Yong who is very professional, warm, friendly, courteous and very patience in answering all my questions. I am very impressed by her excellent organisation skills with attention to details and the smooth processing of documents i.e. Work Permit Application, Medical checkup and Insurance. Me and my wife are happy and satisfied with her recommendation of the helper, Aluh Setia Ningsun whom we have no issue at all. To any employer who is looking for a helper, I strongly recommend Greatlink Agency Pte Ltd and look for Ms Samantha Yong. You will be impressed by her efficiency, friendliness and prompt communications. She certainly is an asset to the Company. With Regards Tan Siew Chuan George
The service is very poor. They keep giving many excuses and continue to delay the process. There is no proper confirmation on the helper 's arrival date. It seems they are only focused on the earning the commission and do not care about the client requests. If you are urgent need helper pls dont go to this agency.
I had the pleasure of working with Eric Loo to hire a foreign domestic helper, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. Eric is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about matching families with the right helper. He took the time to understand our household needs, patiently answered all our questions, and guided us through every step with clarity and confidence. What really stood out was his attention to detail and follow-through—even after the placement, he checked in to ensure everything was going well. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and trustworthy in this industry. If you’re looking for a reliable agent who goes above and beyond, Eric is the one to call. Thank you, Eric, for making this experience stress-free and successful!
I was impressed by Samantha's knowledge and current information on Human Resource and domestic helpers. Fast response to questions. Plus, the domestic helpers are also well-trained by Samantha Yong and Greatlink Agency. I highly recommend their services.
**"Exceptional Service and Efficiency at Greatlink Agency"** As working parents in key positions, my husband and I have very busy schedules. Last Sunday, we visited Katong Shopping Centre around 5 PM, quite late when most agencies are closing. Fortunately, we met Victoria. She is incredibly efficient, professional, and hardworking. Victoria quickly understood our family’s needs and found the perfect match for us. In just three days, all the documents were processed, and the thumbprint was done when I picked up the helper on Thursday. This efficiency saved us a lot of time and stress. The agency's pricing is fair, and their service is excellent. I highly recommend their services!

Placement fees at maid agencies in Singapore typically run S$1,500–3,500 for a new hire and S$500–1,500 for a transfer helper (one already in Singapore on a valid Work Permit). On top of the placement fee, you will be paying the helper's monthly salary — generally S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience — plus the monthly MOM levy of S$300 at the standard rate, or S$60 at the concessionary rate if your household includes a child under 16, an elderly member aged 67 or above, or a person with disability. Confirm what is bundled into GreatLink Agency's quoted fee: mandatory FDW insurance (typically S$300–600 per year), the Settling-In Programme, pre-employment medical examination, and MOM Work Permit application charges are sometimes included and sometimes billed separately. Every legitimate maid agency in Singapore must hold an MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence, which is publicly verifiable on MOM's online EA directory by searching the agency name or licence number. The licence number should appear on the agency's website, contracts, and invoices. No EA Licence number has been supplied in this listing — you should ask GreatLink Agency for it and cross-check it on the MOM directory before paying any deposit. EA Grading runs from A+ to C; agencies rated A+ or A have stronger compliance records and more robust complaint-handling processes. Hiring through an unlicensed agent is illegal, leaves you with no recourse if the helper absconds or the agency folds, and can void your FDW insurance. Verify the licence on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses.
Standard replacement guarantees in the Singapore market typically cover a window of six months from the helper's arrival date, with one or two free replacements included for documented mismatches — for example, skills not matching the profile presented, or a personality clash confirmed by both parties. Replacements for buyer's remorse, or situations where the household's circumstances have materially changed, are usually excluded or subject to a fee. Also confirm the early-termination process: if the placement breaks down outside the guarantee window, the household bears the cost of the repatriation flight, any outstanding salary, and the MOM Work Permit cancellation procedure. Ask GreatLink Agency to set out the replacement criteria, the number of replacements included, and the cost of any additional replacements clearly in the agency contract before you commit.
