Ms Charmaine was found to be very attentive in listening to existing helper issue with my pair of elderly parents. She guided me with going through helpers’ bio-data and arranged her colleague with personal interview while she was busy and could not attend to us. Ms Wendy (Charmaine’s colleague) sat in with mum making conversations with helpers’ interview session at ease as mum cannot speak proper English. I requested Ms Charmaine for home service in fetching dad’s new helper and was taken aback to see her helping Yuvi with her luggage (which I have never before seen such friend and humble gesture from previous agencies). Had a good experience working with Karmen and as a first timer hiring a helper, she is very patient in answering all my questions. She understands my concerns well. Hence, she will only provide CVs that are more suitable for my household. She is genuine in her observation from her own interview with the helper and provide fair recommendations. At the same time, she also cares for the helper and try to manage expectation of employers (me) that we need to also be realistic of our priorities so that there will not be a mismatch of workload that could be overwhelming for the employer or helper in the long run.
