I’ve been a huge Lush fan since December 2024 (all thanks to Sticky Dates 🧋), and the reason I keep coming back again and again is because of the wonderful people at Lush Ion — especially Atikah and Ken. The very first time I visited during Christmas, they made me feel so comfortable — giving me the freedom to browse without any pressure, yet being so warm when I checked out. It already felt special. Then during the Valentine’s 2025 launch, Atikah actually remembered me 🥹. She was so thoughtful, packed me samples, and even recommended products I had no idea existed, perfectly matching the scent profiles I love. It felt less like shopping with a staff member and more like shopping with a bestie. Most recently (August 2025), I went to stock up on goodies and was blown away by Super Fairy. Again, Atikah and Ken gave me the space to explore freely, which I truly appreciate, but when we got to chatting, it turned into this super fun “nerding out” moment where the three of us were just gushing about launches, scents, and product tips like excited friends discovering hidden treasures. That genuine passion is everything. Atikah in particular has made my visits unforgettable — she surprised me with so many samples, including a travel-sized Sticky Dates body wash (!!) and honestly, she didn’t even know how much that meant to me. It was such a heartfelt gesture that made me feel seen and cared for in the busyness of life. (Also side note: her handwriting on the sample pots is so pretty and aesthetic I keep admiring it 😅). What I love most is that both Atikah and Ken embody everything Lush stands for: kindness, individuality, and community. As someone who’s very expressive with my style, I feel safe and celebrated whenever I step into their store. They truly create an environment that reflects the values of Lush and make every visit feel like an adventure. Thank you, Atikah and Ken, for making Lush Ion such a magical and welcoming space. You’ve both turned me from a casual shopper into a true Lush nerd (and proud of it 💕).

Dragged my husband into the store today to get some bath bombs and the experience turned out to be more amazing than I thought it would be. Even my Husband was impressed and enjoyed the shopping experience. A hugeeee shoutout to Ken and Nurul for making it possible❤️ It's been a while since I have been to lush, the friendliness and care shown by Ken & Nurul makes us want to come back again. Both of them were very knowledgeable on the products and recommended a myriad of products (not just bathbombs) that caught our interest and were tailored to our needs.
