We decided to renovate our EA as our children are older now and required spaces of their own. Groove came highly recommended to us, and we had a great experience working with Wendy, our ID. She proved to be reliable, responsive, accommodating and flexible. Wendy worked closely with us to design each room the way we envisioned it, while also offering guidance and alternatives at each step to balance possibilities with practicality. The costs were laid out to us in a transparent manner, and while there were a few issues along the way (as with any project which requires coordination with this many different parties), they were all resolved quickly. Even our last-minute changes and additions were all handled with minimal fuss. Renovating can be a stressful journey, especially considering the tight timeline we had, but Wendy’s ability to manage the complexity with a calm, flexible attitude made all the difference. We are grateful for her dedication and are absolutely loving our new space.
