Great ID for a smooth Reno process We chose Gary as our interior designer for our HDB resale after a bad experience with our first home, so we were very cautious this time. After meeting multiple IDs, we decided to go with H Design as the price quoted was reasonable and Gary’s proposed designs was practical and was aligned to our requirements. As a BTO homeowner and a father himself, he understands the needs of a kid-safe home and his designs suited both elderly and children. Despite a tight timeline, he was very committed, and accommodated to our requests with many late-night discussions to finalise the design. There were last-minute changes due to feng shui and some measurement issues by the carpenter, but Gary handled them well and provided solutions we could accept. He is also good at project management as he coordinated smoothly with our own electrician, air-con installer, and suppliers. We appreciated that he focused on problem-solving rather than pushing his own ideas. He also provide support post renovations and ensure all the touch ups were follow up promptly. Overall, a reliable and responsible ID and this firm — recommended.

We had an amazing experience with Gin & Wei Han and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The entire renovation journey was smooth and stress-free. From initial discussions to design, material selection, and final handover. They really took the time to understand us and managed to beautifully combine my love for colours with my husband’s industrial theme. Communication was great throughout, and they were always there to guide and support us. The home was completed just in time for our child’s birthday, and we’re so thankful for their dedication and hard work. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and creative ID team!

Our first home renovation experience was amazing and was lucky to be able to engage Wei Han from H Design. There was fear of mishap and issue and Wei Han was able to provide and accommodating to our questions & doubts. His attentiveness and attention to details was amazing in order to imply to our needs. As we don’t have much time to spare , Our discussion were mostly late night in order for corrections and recommendations. Kudos to the effort! His coverage of knowledge towards things that we required was amazing, even after handing over the unit to us , he was still making the effort to assist in the touch up procedure till we are satisfied. We did minor renovation for our new home as the original condition was decent. We were planning to engage contractors directly but in the end went with Pris from H design as she understood our needs and gave a reasonable quote that was within our budget. She was consistently responsive on chat and quick to attend to any concerns or issues that came up. Even when challenges arose, she made the effort to follow up and ensure they were resolved. We appreciated her commitment throughout the project, promptness, and willingness to listen, which helped make the experience smoother overall.
