New patients typically begin with an initial consultation during which the TCM practitioner assesses constitution, presenting condition, and treatment goals through the classical four pillars of diagnosis — observation, listening, questioning, and pulse-taking. Common modalities offered at TCM clinics include acupuncture, tui na (therapeutic massage), cupping, gua sha, and herbal medicine prescription. Patients should bring any relevant medical reports or referral letters, and disclose existing medications to avoid herb-drug interactions. A follow-up schedule and any recurring package commitment should be discussed and confirmed in writing at the first visit.
To book an appointment, contact Hao Yi Kang TCM (Bedok) directly by phone or through the enquiry form on KakiList, specifying your condition and preferred appointment slot.

Brilliant. I’ve been to multiple massage, physio, sports massage, and other TCM places, but no other place provides me short-term relief, long-term resolutions, and a deeper understanding of my body than Hui Hai TCM with Dr Mike Ni. I’ve worked through so many longstanding issues: Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Tendonitis, shoulder impingement issues, and slight scoliosis with him. I still go to him even after I shifted home to the west! A thank you doesn’t describe my immense gratitude :)
Dr. Mike is very good for acupuncture. He is very careful and the receptionist lady is very nice.. the shop is clean and confortable. I’m sure will come again
I had a great experience. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The practitioner took the time to understand my concerns and explained the treatment plan clearly.
For more than 10years, I have contact dermatitis on both my palms. Dermatologists & Chinese physicians I consulted were not successful to treat this problem. From google I found Hui Hao TCM. I went for my first consultation with Dr Huang from Hui Hao. Was given medicine to consume and a packet of powder to mix with water for soaking both palms.Just the first visit, this contact dermatitis which I’m suffering for years has finally been challenged. I would grade a cure of 90%. I went for a second consultation, given another packet of powder for soaking. After the two treatments, my contact dermatitis was cured. I was given a bottle of herbal cream to apply on the palms as a moisturiser which can also kill bacteria. Her charges are also reasonable compared to other TCM I consulted.
Highly recommended! If you are looking for authentic TCM Treatment and products, do visit them. I was having a long term neck pain and had no idea why, the physicians are very informative in providing the explanation and at the end of the day and after some treatment, not only did my neck pain subdued, my back pain too! I learn many things from the physicians as they are very helpful and informative. Will visit again:)

No referral is required to visit Hao Yi Kang TCM (Bedok) — patients can book directly by phone or through the enquiry form. At the first appointment, the practitioner will conduct an intake consultation covering your presenting complaint, medical history, current medications, and lifestyle factors before recommending a treatment plan. If you have a complex or serious condition — such as a cancer diagnosis, active pregnancy, pacemaker (relevant to acupuncture), or are on blood-thinning medication — it is worth informing the clinic when booking so they can advise on suitability and any contraindications. A GP referral letter, while not mandatory, can be useful if you intend to claim from a private insurer or if the condition requires co-management between TCM and Western medicine.
In Singapore, TCM practitioners who perform acupuncture and dispense Chinese herbal medicine must be registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) under the MOH. Registration is verifiable on the TCMPB public register at moh.gov.sg — search by the practitioner's name before your first visit. No regulatory licences were listed in the KakiList profile for Hao Yi Kang TCM (Bedok). This does not necessarily mean the practitioners are unregistered — TCMPB registration is held by the individual practitioner rather than the business entity — but it is worth confirming the consulting practitioner's TCMPB registration number directly with the clinic.
