Happy MamaPapa Catering offers meal delivery for seniors across Singapore, operating from its base at Pearl's Hill Terrace. The listing is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. Families arranging meals for an elderly parent or relative will typically want to clarify the menu range and how well it accommodates dietary needs common among seniors, such as low-sodium, low-sugar, soft-texture, or medically prescribed diets. It is worth confirming delivery frequency and timing, portion sizes, packaging (whether containers are microwave-safe and easy to open for elderly users), and what happens when a delivery is missed or a substitution is needed. Families with multiple decision-makers should agree on meal preferences and portion requirements before placing an order, and should ask whether a short trial period is available before committing to a longer arrangement.
To get started, contact Happy MamaPapa Catering via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to describe the senior's dietary requirements, preferred delivery schedule, and address, and to request details on available packages before committing.
Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
I have tried 2 other caterers but none as bad as this one. As mentioned by other authentic reviewers, the reviews here are all fake especially those written by expats. I tried their 7 days trial meal and on the first day, my meal was delivered at 7.30pm when it was stated latest 7pm on the invoice. Apart from being late, the food looks worse than the chai fan stall at my house. I ordered their flavored rice and dessert as well. The green bean soup on my first day was sour and spoilt. If you don't cherish your new customer, I don't think it's a company worth giving any support. Bad food is one thing but spoilt food is just dangerous. I could have ended up in the hospitalized as I am pregnant right now. Nothing is fresh about the food. It seems like they just dabao from chai fan stall and charge you a premium. One day, I kept the soup immediately after it was delivered as the delivery came at 7.30pm and I had already gone down to buy my own dinner. The next day lunch, I heat up and tried the soup, it was spoilt and sour. So obviously, the soup was cooked 2 days ago. Even home cook soup could have lasted at least 1 day. Anyway, apart from the prawns and vegetables, the rest of the food was a torture to eat. It was not fresh, some were burnt. The soup was the worst, it smelt and tasted stale and bad. I threw the soup away most of the time. One of the soup had a bug inside as well and the chicken had weird jelly like goose bumps. The food received was always not according to the menu and there was 2 days that I had the exact similar vegetables. Description wrote mushrooms but there was never any mushrooms seen. The delivery timing was also not consistent. They probably use a third party delivery app like lalamove as it was always a different person and sometimes my food smelt like cigarettes. So obviously they don't have a lot of customers. Conclusion: order chai fan is much better than this catering who claims to be healthy when their ingredients are not at all fresh. A company who claims to be feeding elderly healthy food but I really pity those elderly who actually had to suffer eating food that are not fresh at all. AVA should totally check on the cleanliness of this catering. I am totally glad my nightmare is over. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
To be honest. I am disappointed with their services. I can understand some deliveries would be late but at least a call to us to inform would be helpful. The dishes were cooked at 3.30pm, mine arrived at 7.30pm, whopping 4hours! The best part is, food to be consumed by 7.45pm. I am left with 15 mins to eat. I booked 10 days (not even trial service) for 3 pax. The serving portion was really tiny, see pictures. Maybe due to the rising cost. Out of 10 days, 4 days I received vegetable that turned stale and cannot be eaten. (Because delivery took 4 hrs to reach me) Out of the 10 days, only 1 day I received really warmed food. The rest of the 9 days, I need to reheat it myself. I spoke to Boon (on 3rd day), the customer manger. I appreciate that he tried his best to address my concerns and also mentioned that he will compansate 1 day free for me. I am not interested in this free meal. All I need to know is that is your delivery partner authorized to transport fresh food or perishable? He cannot answer my question. All he said was his delivery partner or their staff. Whether I will order again? NO for sure. There are better ones out there. FYI, your reviews are mostly fake, I am in the Digital Marketing consultancy sector so I know these fake reviews were used to ramp up your overall ratings.
Tried their 7 days catering. First few days food tasted very salty, thus gave them feedback. Food do not taste good at all, look like some leftover food, especially the soup with not much ingredients. Not recommended, but if you want give it a try just order their 7 days trial first. Just my thoughts.
Due to covid and my mum lost her care takers. I found this high rated tingkat and claimed to be very suitable for older folks. The food displayed in the internet loos so good but in reality is otherwise. Serving most of the Vege is napa cabbage with sometime Cai Xing and one time of broccoli. The food came in in irregular hours and imagine old folk need to re heat themselves? Sometime food delivery and is cold even at 1130M.. not sure how long the food being cooked. Few of the dishes especially the tofu is sour , I believe the tofu may not be fresh and probably prepared overnight . The pork rib soup where the ribs is so hard to chew ! See the pictures attached compare to their website display. Looks appetizing ? I stopped after 10 days order.
I agree with the other reviewers that the positive reviews are most likely fake. The ad claims no MSG, less oil and less salt. However just in my first two days of trial, the food is salty, starchy and ingredients are cheap (eg. using processed fish cake) and vegetables over cooked. You can see the pictures here - the food is not appealing at all and not in line with menu on their website. Total waste of my money and can’t even terminate and ask for refund. I regret switching out my previous tingkat to this one.

Happy MamaPapa Catering is listed at a mid-range price point ($$), though specific per-meal or package pricing is not publicly displayed — you will need to contact the provider directly via WhatsApp or phone for a quote. When comparing senior meal delivery providers, confirm whether the quoted price covers delivery, packaging, and any dietary customisation, or whether these are billed separately. Ask whether discounts apply for weekly or monthly commitments versus one-off orders, and whether there is a minimum order requirement per delivery. See the full eldercare cost guide for Singapore →
Happy MamaPapa Catering is a meal delivery service rather than a live-in or visit-based care arrangement — it does not provide caregivers, companionship, or personal care. Its scope is limited to preparing and delivering meals to seniors at their home address. Families who need hands-on daily support — assistance with mobility, medication reminders, bathing, or companionship — will need to arrange a separate home care or caregiver service alongside meal delivery. Confirm with the provider whether deliveries require someone to be home to receive them, and what the procedure is if a senior is unable to come to the door.
Happy MamaPapa Catering does not currently list any regulatory licences — notably, no SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence is recorded on this listing. For a business preparing and delivering food to vulnerable seniors, an SFA licence is standard and its absence is a point worth raising directly with the provider before placing any order. Ask the provider to share its SFA licence number and most recent hygiene inspection grade. Also confirm whether food is prepared in a registered kitchen and whether any food safety certifications (e.g. WSQ Food Hygiene) are held by the kitchen team. The provider's Google rating of 2.6 across 193 reviews is a robust sample — read recent reviews carefully alongside any licence information the provider supplies.
