I had my 4-room BTO renovation done with Zen and it was overall a great experience. He's a great problem solver and I would say one of his best qualities is his responsiveness to questions and queries throughout the whole renovation journey. He possesses great knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the renovation, especially in the area of carpentry, the workmanship from his carpenters were excellent 👍. Always very early for any of our appointments to meet up for laminate selection or viewing of various sintered stones in the respective areas like LAMITAK etc. Providing advice on how renovation works when we asked which was very important since it was our first renovation experience. He understands that homeowners might not want to engage him for all parts of the renovation. For example in my case, my paint job is done by Nippon Paint and I sourced my own lightings, fans and toilet cabinet/basins etc. Nevertheless, he communicates well with us to make sure that the timeline makes sense in terms of the sequence of how things should be executed to ensure highest efficiency and minimising problems arising due to incorrect sequence. He was never pushy or over selling and always listens to our queries and provide satisfactory answers. Highly recommend his marble gum grouting and polishing service as I've seen numerous horror stories of things going wrong. While it wasn't perfect after the first time, he sent ppl down to rectify once we pointed out to him. In our case some of the silicone on the skirting wore off after the works and all the silicone was redone afterwards to fix. There is no perfect renovation but you can rest assured that Zen will do his very best to fix any issues or problems. Keep up the great work Zen 👍

I just wanted to share my renovation experience with a direct contractor for my Dream Home. I initially plan to revamp the whole house but did not have a huge budget. Appreciate Zen patience with us, focus more on the needs rather then wants. Receive the 3D as fast as a week and we are in love with the design & concept. He understand carefully on the areas i really wanted to focus on. As I spend a lot of time in the kitchen, I was looking for the best materials that can withstand the wear and tear of daily use. Timeline was super fast! All works completed within 4 weeks and Zen still accomodate to our request even after we have moved in. We had no "reno nightmares" during the process. Everything from his team was a smooth one. Little hiccups is normal, nothing major. I am obssesed with my Home now.
