Speaking from experience one year on since the unit was handed over to us. Priscilla and team were accommodative, and extremely patient throughout the whole design and renovation process (including managing a neighbour from hell!). Priscilla was always open to sharing her opinions when consulted on renov matters that might not be directly related to Haus’ scope. Post-renov service was excellent. Some defects were inevitable and Haus took it upon themselves to resolve these matters when we highlighted, even if they were many months in. We are glad we went with Haus Atelier, and will strongly recommend Haus Atelier to those who are looking for a reliable ID.

Dear Friends and Colleagues, I wrote to this Singapore-based interior design firm Haute Atelier for a consultation on work for a conservation house. It has an impressive and alluring website with a range of respectable designers from different countries. But these credentials all ends there. There has not been any email response, and no one answers their general line. It is form not substance. I contacted two other more established and reputable architectural companies in Singapore. Their response was within hours by email, and instantaneous by calls. This is a glaring contradistinction with Haute Atelier which prides itself as a leading design firm. On paper it does I am not casting aspersions on their designers but its management needs to do an assessment on a lacklustre or non-administrative staff. There clearly is a lack of response time - even for potential clients. Cheers.
