It is worth confirming session duration, whether group or individual appointments are available, and the cancellation policy at the time of booking.

Hi all, I am happy to share my personal experience in regard to Heal360 Physioclinic. So, I had a SLAP tear type 2 injury with my right shoulder. I did try few physio sessions with other centers but the recovery was not observed. The injury almost became chronic and I was struggling with my day to day activities. Thats when I heard of Heal360. I booked an appointment and I was seen by Dr Amelina. She assessed my injury well and we conducted multiple physio sessions. Her guidance on home exercises was on point too. With this regime, I could say that I have recovered almost 90% and I am also back to the sports. I highly recommend heal360. I am grateful to Dr Amelina helping me recover which I was otherwise thinking of surgery.
Highly recommend this physio. I was visiting for a conference and they were able to fit me in on short notice. Joey was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped relieve my lower back pain and she taught me stretches and exercises both to lessen the pain myself and to avoid getting injured like this again!
Amelina took great care of my neck pain. My condition has improved significantly after a couple of sessions - with the treatment at the clinic plus daily exercises I learn from her. Highly recommend.
Joey has helped with my recovery of sprained and weak ankles. With good workouts that i can easily to at home to aid with the recovery and strengthening!
Joey is dedicated, very professional and experienced. Her exercise regimen and training helped my dad a lot.

Heal360 has not published a specific per-session rate, but Singapore physiotherapy consultations typically range from S$80–150 for a standard session at a private clinic, with initial assessments sometimes priced slightly higher. Follow-up sessions and package bundles, if offered, may bring the per-session cost down. It is worth confirming whether equipment use, electrotherapy modalities, or manual therapy are included in the base rate or billed separately. No-show and late-cancellation fees vary by clinic — confirm the policy before your first appointment. See the full physiotherapy cost guide for Singapore →
A GP or specialist referral is not required to book a private physiotherapy session in Singapore, though having one can support insurance or Medisave claims where eligible. Heal360's first visit is expected to begin with a clinical intake assessment covering your medical history, current symptoms, movement limitations, and rehabilitation goals, so it is helpful to bring any relevant medical reports, imaging results, or referral letters. If you have a complex or chronic condition, a referral from your GP or orthopaedic specialist can help the physiotherapist align treatment with your broader medical care. Confirm the intake process when booking.
Physiotherapists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration is verifiable on the AHPC public register at www.ahpc.edu.sg — search by name before your first appointment. AHPC registration confirms the practitioner holds a recognised physiotherapy degree and meets continuing education requirements. Heal360 does not currently appear on ACRA's business registry based on available listing data, and no regulatory licences are listed on this profile. Prospective clients are advised to confirm the consulting physiotherapist's AHPC registration number directly with the clinic before booking. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
