Patients typically begin with a first consultation to discuss their presenting condition — whether that is post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury, back or neck pain, or a chronic musculoskeletal complaint. The physiotherapist will conduct a physical assessment, explain the diagnosis, and outline a treatment plan that may include manual therapy, dry needling, ultrasound, or prescribed exercise. Some patients attend on a single-session basis; others commit to a recurring package aligned to their recovery goals. It is worth confirming the cancellation policy ahead of your first appointment, as clinics commonly charge for late cancellations.
To book an appointment, reach the clinic directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form listed on this page. Bring any relevant medical reports, imaging results, or referral letters to your first session.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I had a great experience at heal 360 Physioclinic Would recommend to get in touch with Amelina. She is very attentive and truly supportive, especially in helping to reduce my tendinitis pain. She took the time to listen, explained things clearly, and adapted the treatment to what I needed. Overall, provided a genuinely helpful and professional service. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist.
Adrian is fantastic. Had a neck slip disc with nerve impingement few months ago. Adrian did manual therapy and taught me some stretches and strengthening. He also did dry needling. After some time, i have fully recovered, without needing surgery. The manual therapy was spot on. After each session, i went home feeling better. Adrian is professional, caring and attentive. He had the interest of his client at heart. Glad to have found him. Thanks a lot Adrian and please keep it up☺️
I saw Amelina a number of times due to a shoulder related issue I've been having. She very quickly established the cause of my pain and has helped me back on the path to being able to use weights in the gym again. Amelina is very friendly, professional, and excellent at what she does. I highly recommend using her for any sports or other physio issues. Thanks again!
I’ve had several sessions at Heal 360 now, and I’ve gotta say—I’m genuinely impressed. Amelina, their physiotherapist, has been fantastic. She’s incredibly thorough, pays attention to the smallest details, and really takes the time to understand what’s going on before working through a treatment plan. Every session feels purposeful, and you can tell she truly cares about helping you get better. It’s been such a positive experience overall, and I’ve been really happy with the progress.
Heal360 is my go-to place for neck and back pain and injuries. All the physiotherapists in Heal360 are extremely well-trained and never fail to exceed my expectations. I would highly recommend Adrian for muscle release with minimal pain (No need for excruciating tuina massages anymore!). JingWen taught me Pilates exercises to prevent aches (perfect for preventive self-management and strengthening) and Amelina helped my elderly mom get her mobility and strength back after a knee injury that was not well-followed up. Like most elderly, they accept physical degeneration as part of aging. and Amelina was able to convince my mother to take control and literally get back on her feet through her unwavering patience and thoughtful care. Many heartfelt thanks to Heal360 for taking such good care of us. I highly recommend anyone who needs a good and attentive physiotherapist to choose Heal360 Physioclinic!

Physiotherapy consultation fees in Singapore typically range from S$80 to S$180 per session for an initial assessment, with follow-up sessions generally lower. Package rates — where you pay for a block of sessions upfront — are commonly available and work out at a lower per-session cost. Confirm the exact fee structure, whether a first-consultation charge applies, and whether your health insurance, Medisave (where applicable for chronic conditions under CHAS or MediSave flexi schemes), or corporate benefits can offset the cost. A no-show or late-cancellation fee is standard at most physiotherapy clinics, so check the policy before booking. See the full physiotherapy cost guide for Singapore →
Physiotherapy in Singapore is largely self-referral — you do not need a GP letter to book a first appointment. However, if you intend to claim through insurance or a corporate benefits plan, your insurer may require a GP or specialist referral to authorise reimbursement, so check your policy before attending. At the first visit, expect to complete an intake form covering your medical history, medications, and contraindications. The physiotherapist will then conduct a physical assessment before any hands-on treatment begins. If your condition is complex — for example, post-operative, neurological, or involving undiagnosed pain — a GP referral and any imaging results (X-ray, MRI) will help the physiotherapist assess you more accurately and may be requested before treatment proceeds.
Physiotherapists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration is publicly verifiable on the AHPC online register at ahpc.edu.sg — search by the practitioner's name before your appointment. No regulatory licence details are currently recorded on this KakiList listing. Before booking, ask the clinic to confirm the full name and AHPC registration number of the physiotherapist who will treat you, and verify this on the AHPC register directly. Practising without valid AHPC registration is a criminal offence in Singapore, so this check takes only two minutes and is worth doing. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
