Patients typically begin with a first consultation in which the physiotherapist conducts a structured assessment of the presenting condition — whether that is musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury, postural issues, or neurological recovery. From there, a treatment plan is agreed, which may include manual therapy, dry needling, exercise prescription, or modality-based treatment. Sessions may be structured as a one-off assessment, a short course, or an ongoing package depending on the condition and recovery timeline. The clinic can be reached via WhatsApp, phone, or an online enquiry form, and is conveniently accessible from Tanjong Pagar MRT station.
To get started, contact heal360 Physioclinic directly through WhatsApp or the enquiry form to describe your condition, confirm session availability, and ask about fees and any corporate or insurance coverage before your first appointment.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I had a great experience at heal 360 Physioclinic Would recommend to get in touch with Amelina. She is very attentive and truly supportive, especially in helping to reduce my tendinitis pain. She took the time to listen, explained things clearly, and adapted the treatment to what I needed. Overall, provided a genuinely helpful and professional service. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist.
Adrian is fantastic. Had a neck slip disc with nerve impingement few months ago. Adrian did manual therapy and taught me some stretches and strengthening. He also did dry needling. After some time, i have fully recovered, without needing surgery. The manual therapy was spot on. After each session, i went home feeling better. Adrian is professional, caring and attentive. He had the interest of his client at heart. Glad to have found him. Thanks a lot Adrian and please keep it up☺️
I saw Amelina a number of times due to a shoulder related issue I've been having. She very quickly established the cause of my pain and has helped me back on the path to being able to use weights in the gym again. Amelina is very friendly, professional, and excellent at what she does. I highly recommend using her for any sports or other physio issues. Thanks again!
I’ve had several sessions at Heal 360 now, and I’ve gotta say—I’m genuinely impressed. Amelina, their physiotherapist, has been fantastic. She’s incredibly thorough, pays attention to the smallest details, and really takes the time to understand what’s going on before working through a treatment plan. Every session feels purposeful, and you can tell she truly cares about helping you get better. It’s been such a positive experience overall, and I’ve been really happy with the progress.
Heal360 is my go-to place for neck and back pain and injuries. All the physiotherapists in Heal360 are extremely well-trained and never fail to exceed my expectations. I would highly recommend Adrian for muscle release with minimal pain (No need for excruciating tuina massages anymore!). JingWen taught me Pilates exercises to prevent aches (perfect for preventive self-management and strengthening) and Amelina helped my elderly mom get her mobility and strength back after a knee injury that was not well-followed up. Like most elderly, they accept physical degeneration as part of aging. and Amelina was able to convince my mother to take control and literally get back on her feet through her unwavering patience and thoughtful care. Many heartfelt thanks to Heal360 for taking such good care of us. I highly recommend anyone who needs a good and attentive physiotherapist to choose Heal360 Physioclinic!

Physiotherapy in Singapore does not require a GP referral for a direct-access booking, though a referral letter from your doctor or specialist can be useful if you intend to claim through an insurance policy or if your condition involves post-operative recovery where discharge notes will inform the treatment plan. At a first visit, expect to complete an intake form covering your medical history, current medications, and any contraindications. The physiotherapist will then conduct a movement and functional assessment before commencing any hands-on treatment. If your condition is complex — such as post-stroke rehabilitation or a recent fracture — bring any relevant imaging or specialist reports to the session so the physiotherapist can review them before planning treatment.
Physiotherapists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act — registration is verifiable on the AHPC public register at www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg. The clinic premises should also hold a valid MOH Healthcare Services licence for outpatient physiotherapy. No regulatory licences are currently listed in heal360 Physioclinic's KakiList profile, so it is advisable to ask the clinic directly for the named physiotherapist's AHPC registration number and confirm it on the register before commencing treatment. Heal360 Physioclinic is KakiList verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person, and it carries a 4.9-star rating from 491 Google reviews — a robust sample. ACRA registration is not confirmed in the current listing. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the AHPC public register before treatment.
