Physiotherapy at Heart and Lung Physio begins with a first consultation in which the physiotherapist will take a detailed history of your presenting condition or rehabilitation goal — whether that is cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, musculoskeletal pain, or another concern. From there, a treatment plan is agreed, which may involve a course of sessions, a recurring package, or a combination of in-clinic treatment and home-exercise guidance. It is worth asking upfront about cancellation and rescheduling policies, as these vary between practices and affect the overall cost of a course of care.

I had an excellent experience with Jaclyn at Heart & Lung Physio Singapore. She’s extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. My sessions with her have given me the confidence to get back to exercising regularly after my heart attack. She is both professional and personable and made each session comfortable and encouraging. Highly recommend her and the clinic!
I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Ms Jaclyn and Mr Zi Yi for their exceptional care and support during my physiotherapy sessions. They were incredibly patient and always willing to answer my questions, making me feel confident and supported throughout my recovery. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ms Jaclyn and Zi Yi to anyone seeking physiotherapy treatment. Their positive attitude and genuine care made a real difference in my recovery. And Ms Raine is one of the staff to arrange all the appointments and she is a responsible and friendly person. I’m appreciated with many thanks for all the staffs .
The physical therapists and reception staff were exceptionally bright and kind, which made me feel truly reassured. I’m deeply grateful for everyone’s genuine care and support. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone in need of physical therapy. STAY GOLD!
Would like to commend and thank Zi Yi for excellent care and guidance during my cardio rehab journey. During my 6 sessions over almost 2 months, Zi Yi was very professional and methodical and provided clear guidance on how to manage my exercise workload for best long term results. He’s also been very patient in answering and clarifying our questions at each step. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience….thank you!
I’m so thankful to have found Ms Jaclyn. She is truly a blessing and has helped me tremendously in my recovery journey! Ms Jaclyn is knowledgeable and was able to explain in detail what happened to me, when no Drs have been able to advise on how I could get better after diagnosis. That helped me much to kickstart my recovery journey after understanding better what happened. She is very encouraging, patient, caring and approachable. Her genuine demeanour also made the sessions light hearted. Under her guidance, I improved much and am starting to see much hope of going back to my baseline and continue to get even better! Highly recommended. May she continue to be in the best of health and impact many others and bring healing to their recovery journey.

Heart and Lung Physio displays pricing at the mid-range tier; exact per-session fees should be confirmed directly with the practice before booking. In Singapore, physiotherapy consultations at private medical-centre clinics typically run S$80–150 for an initial assessment and S$60–120 for follow-up sessions, with extended or specialist sessions priced higher. Ask whether packages of multiple sessions are available at a reduced per-session rate, and confirm the cancellation and no-show policy, as fees are commonly charged for late cancellations. Most physiotherapy practices in Singapore accept self-referrals — you can book a first consultation directly without a GP letter. However, a referral from your GP or specialist can be useful if you intend to claim through Medisave (which covers physiotherapy at approved providers under certain conditions), a private integrated shield plan, or a corporate health-insurance policy, as insurers often require a referral document. For the initial visit, bring any relevant imaging (X-rays, MRI reports), discharge summaries from hospital, or previous physiotherapy notes. The physiotherapist will conduct a physical assessment before beginning treatment, so arrive ready to describe the onset, location, and nature of your symptoms.
Physiotherapists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration can be verified on the AHPC public register at ahpc.edu.sg before your first appointment. AHPC registration confirms that the practitioner has met the required academic and clinical training standards and is subject to disciplinary oversight. No regulatory licences are listed for Heart and Lung Physio on this profile — confirm the consulting physiotherapist's AHPC registration number directly with the practice before proceeding. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
