About The Rehab Lab

About The Rehab Lab

The Rehab Lab is a physiotherapy provider based at 60 Tessensohn Road, within the Civil Service Club, serving clients islandwide. It is verified by KakiList and holds a 5/5 rating across 1,367 Google reviews — a robust sample that reflects consistent patient feedback. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range tier; a specific per-session fee was not provided, so contact the clinic directly for current rates.

Patients typically begin with an initial consultation in which the physiotherapist takes a detailed history, assesses mobility and function, and identifies the presenting condition — whether that is musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury, or a chronic condition such as lower-back pain or frozen shoulder. From there, a treatment plan is agreed, which may involve hands-on manual therapy, exercise prescription, or modalities such as ultrasound or dry needling. Sessions may be scheduled on a single-visit basis or as a course of treatment; ask about package options, cancellation policy, and whether home-exercise programmes are provided between visits.

To book, reach The Rehab Lab via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form listed on their profile. Bring any relevant medical reports, imaging results, or GP referral letters to your first appointment to help the physiotherapist assess your case efficiently.

I got to know about this clinic through internet. The staffs were very prompt and patient to understand my concern and gave me the earliest appointment. I had a hip pain which impacted my basic activities. My appointment was with Fadhil. He was very professional and discussed in detail what may have cause the pain. After almost 6 -7 sessions my hip pain reduced a lot and I was able to go back to normal routine, cycling, dancing with no pain. I am still continuing to work on strengthening my weak muscles and to improve posture. Thank you Fadhil. I would highly recommend Rehab lab.

I was first referred to The Rehab Lab due to persistent lower back pain. Having recently completed my very first rehab package (10 sessions) with Nash, I am extremely satisfied with the results. He made effort to understand my physical goals, daily routines, current and past physical capacities and carefully designed a series of exercises that are well-curated for me. Over time, I experienced significant relief from my discomfort through carefully guided strengthening exercises under Nash’s supervision. One of my biggest takeaways was Nash’s in-depth knowledge and his ability to clearly explain how and why my body was feeling a certain way. This understanding has been invaluable in helping me better manage my daily life and physical activities in a more confident and pain-free manner. The clinic itself is clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The staff are friendly, highly responsive to messages, and consistently welcoming. I always feel at ease and well cared for whenever I’m there.

Great service and excellent attention to detail from Lorrian, Shah, and the entire Rehab Lab team. I signed up for the 5-session package, and even within the first few sessions, I’ve experienced a significant improvement in my lower back symptoms. What really stood out was how the exercises and routines were carefully tailored to the specific sports and activities I regularly do, making the sessions both practical and effective. The team is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely focused on recovery and long-term improvement. Highly recommended for anyone seeking professional care for sports-related or everyday muscle injuries.

I came to Muhd Fadhli suffering from debilitating sciatica that had caused severe pain in my glutes and hamstrings, along with numbness, tingling, and pain in both feet. The condition was significantly impacting my daily life and mobility, and I had previously seen two other physiotherapists from different organizations who were unable to help me. However, after a few treatments with him, I've experienced remarkable improvement. The pain in my glutes, hamstrings, and feet has completely resolved, and I'm now only dealing with some residual numbness now. More importantly, I can now walk 10km twice a week without any problems, compared to barely managing 3km before. I'm also back at the gym doing my usual exercises, which I couldn’t do previously. I feel much stronger overall and my posture has improved significantly. He also developed a targeted treatment plan that addressed my specific symptoms and taught me exercises I could do at home to support my recovery. What impressed me most was how promptly he replies to my queries and his ability to explain clearly what I need to do. His explanations made it easy to understand each step of the treatment process, and his motivation kept me committed to my recovery even when progress felt slow. I'm incredibly grateful for the improvements I've experienced with Muhd Fadhli, especially after two previous physiotherapists from different organizations couldn't help me. I would highly recommend him and Rehab Lab to anyone dealing with similar and other issues.

I'm a returning patient! Used to see Fadhli for my shoulders till it became bulletproof (until I became complacent and neglected it), and now I'm back to receive treatment from Nash post-knee surgery. I haven't been to many other private physiotherapy clinics, but this has to be the best in Singapore. I often advocate to peers and colleagues that physiotherapy is essential to maintain an active lifestyle, keeping it off subpar ready and injury-free through strengthening and conditioning. TRL is always my go-to recommendation list, not just because the physiotherapists services are good, the admin team will go the extra mile to look further into the schedule to make the best arrangements for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does The Rehab Lab charge per session?

The Rehab Lab has not published a specific per-session rate on its listing. In the Singapore market, private physiotherapy consultations typically range from S$80 to S$180 per session, with initial assessments often priced slightly higher than follow-up sessions. Package deals for a course of treatment (typically 6–10 sessions) are common and usually offer a modest discount over the single-session rate. Confirm the exact fee, whether GST applies, and the cancellation or no-show policy before booking. Ask specifically whether your session qualifies for MediSave claims — MOH allows MediSave use for chronic condition management at approved physiotherapy providers. See the full physiotherapy cost guide for Singapore →

Do I need a referral or assessment first?

Most physiotherapy clinics in Singapore accept self-referrals — you do not need a GP letter to book a first appointment, though bringing one can help the physiotherapist understand your medical background and speed up the assessment. If you intend to claim under MediSave, a referral from a GP or specialist may be required depending on the condition and the clinic's MediSave authorisation status. At a first visit, expect to complete an intake form covering your medical history, current medications, and any contraindications (such as recent surgery, fractures, or cardiovascular conditions). The physiotherapist will then conduct a physical assessment before recommending a treatment plan. If your condition is complex or involves a recent serious diagnosis, a GP or specialist referral beforehand is advisable.

Is the practitioner licensed?

Physiotherapists in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration is individually held by each practising physiotherapist, not by the clinic as a whole. You can verify any physiotherapist's registration on the AHPC public register at www.ahpc.edu.sg before your appointment. No specific regulatory licences for The Rehab Lab were listed on this KakiList profile. Ask the clinic to confirm the AHPC registration number of the physiotherapist who will treat you, and check this against the public register. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
