About "Heguru Method Singapore"
Heguru Method Singapore is a playgroup provider listed on KakiList with islandwide coverage, operating from its centre at 1 Maritime Square, #03-09, Singapore 099253. The listing is KakiList-verified, meaning a real person has confirmed the operating details and contact channel. It holds a Google rating of 4.8 out of 5 across 119 reviews, which represents a robust sample and provides a reasonable indication of parent satisfaction. Fees are priced at the mid-range tier ($$) on a monthly recurring basis.
When enquiring, parents should ask about slot availability for their intended start month, the recommended age range for each programme level, and the typical class size and child-to-educator ratio. It is worth requesting a centre visit before committing so you can observe a session, understand the daily routine, and assess the settling-in approach used for younger children. As Heguru Method operates as a playgroup rather than a licensed childcare centre, ECDA childcare subsidies are unlikely to apply — confirm this directly with the provider before making assumptions about subsidy eligibility.
As a practical next step, use the phone or enquiry form contact channels to ask about current availability for your child's age group and to arrange a visit to the centre at VivoCity before confirming enrolment.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

Overall, we had a positive experience and would like to thank the teachers, especially Teacher JiaQi and Teacher Renee. Teacher JiaQi is highly skilled and proficient, and it shows clearly in the way she conducts her lessons. Her experience and professionalism helped create a structured and engaging learning environment for the children. As our little one has only just started school, she was still adjusting and initially felt anxious about being in class, which led to frequent tears at the beginning of lessons. Throughout this time, Teacher Renee was incredibly patient, attentive, and gentle. Her calm and caring approach helped Everleigh settle down quickly and feel safe, allowing her to enjoy the rest of the class. Although Teacher Renee is relatively new to our daughter, we truly appreciate the genuine care and dedication she has shown. It’s clear that she genuinely cares for her students, and we are very grateful for her kindness and support. Our little one speaks positively about both teachers at home and it’s unfortunate we had to terminate her classes due to the centre’s relocation (which wasn’t convenient for us).
We have been attending Heguru Method for a while since my daughter was at the age of 16 months and we can see how much my girl has grown in her focus, rationale, understanding and memorisation. It’s amazing to observe the outcome being presented through daily activities and in school through feedback of the teachers. We have been with Teacher Stephanie since day 1, special shout out to her, who is affectionate, dedicated and great with the kids in the class, and genuinely cares about the kids’ progress. My girl loves her so much and she look forward to her class every week! Highly recommend Heguru for parents looking to nurture their child’s right-brain development in a joyful, supportive environment.
We are incredibly grateful to have such an amazing heguru teacher. Teaching Sin Yi is exceptionally good with kids—so warm, engaging, and natural that the children are instantly drawn to her! The classes cover so many different aspects of learning, yet not a single segment is ever boring. Every activity is thoughtfully planned, age-appropriate, and delivered in a way that keeps the kids fully engaged from start to finish. My child loved every part of the class and always looked forward to each session. It’s rare to find a teacher who can balance fun, structure, and meaningful learning so effortlessly. Highly recommend her to any parent looking for a truly enriching and joyful experience for their child.
My daughter’s experience at Heguru Harbourfront has been very positive. When she first joined, she was reserved and unsure, but over time she has become more confident, curious and willing to participate. Her focus, memory recall and ability to manage tasks have improved steadily, and it is clear that the programme has helped strengthen her overall learning skills. Teacher Stephanie has played a key role in this progress. She is patient, observant and firm in a very reassuring way. I also appreciate how she communicates with parents where she will regularly share useful feedback, highlights areas to reinforce at home and makes the effort to understand each child’s learning style. This close collaboration gives me confidence that my daughter is moving in the right direction. For us, Heguru has been more than just a weekly class. It’s a structured programme that brings out my daughter’s strengths and supports her development in a consistent and practical way. It’s been a worthwhile choice for our family.
We have been with Heguru for some time now – our daughter first attended Heguru Choa Chu Kang where she had three very good teachers. Even though the environment was positive, I still found myself questioning the overall effectiveness of the programme and whether it was truly making a difference. That changed when we moved to Heguru HarbourFront. There, we had the pleasure of meeting Teacher Stephanie, who has been nothing short of exceptional. She took the time to truly understand our daughter’s strengths and learning style, and guided her with patience, insight and dedication. Her ability to recognise potential and nurture it has made all the difference. In the 2025 Inspiring Minds, Enriching Futures event, our daughter clinched the Silver Award – a proud milestone that we strongly believe would not have been possible without Teacher Stephanie’s support. We would also like to express our appreciation to Teacher Sue, whose encouragement and positive energy have helped our daughter grow more confident in her learning. With her steady guidance, we’ve seen noticeable improvements in both her progress and enthusiasm. We are deeply grateful to both teachers for their commitment, professionalism and passion. Heguru HarbourFront has truly transformed our perspective on the programme, and we are excited to continue this learning journey. Highly recommended! 🌟

Heguru Method Singapore operates on a monthly recurring fee model and is priced in the mid-range tier ($$) for Singapore playgroup programmes. However, specific monthly fee figures are not published in this listing, so you should contact the provider directly to obtain the current fee schedule for your child's age group and programme level. Beyond the monthly tuition fee, it is common for playgroup providers in Singapore to charge a one-off registration fee at enrolment, as well as fees for materials or learning kits used during sessions. Ask the provider to itemise all costs upfront so there are no surprises. Note that childcare fees at licensed ECDA centres are GST-exempt, but playgroup programmes outside that framework may be subject to different tax treatment — confirm with the provider. Government childcare subsidies administered by ECDA — including the Basic Subsidy (up to S$600 per month for infant care, S$300 for childcare), the Working Mother's Child Development Subsidy (for mothers working 56 or more hours per month), and the Additional Subsidy (income-tested, with combined support potentially reaching S$710 per month) — are generally only available at ECDA-licensed childcare centres and kindergartens. Playgroup programmes such as those offered by Heguru Method Singapore typically fall outside this subsidy framework. Only Singapore citizen children qualify for the full subsidy quantum; Singapore Permanent Resident children may be eligible for partial support at licensed centres. Subsidy rates are reviewed periodically, so always check the ECDA website for current figures. Before enrolment, ask Heguru Method Singapore directly whether any part of their programme qualifies for government support, as programme structures can change.
Popular early childhood programmes in Singapore, particularly those with a structured methodology, can fill up several months in advance. As a general guide, parents are advised to enquire at least three to six months before their intended start date, especially for cohorts beginning in January, which is the peak intake month aligned with the school calendar. To secure a place, providers typically require payment of a registration fee and sometimes a deposit. This reserves the slot but may be non-refundable, so confirm the terms before paying. Contact Heguru Method Singapore directly via phone or the enquiry form to check current availability for your child's age group and to understand the enrolment process and any waitlist procedures in place.
