I had the pleasure of working with Jane during my search for a helper to look after my newborn, and I cannot thank her enough for her dedication and support throughout the process. As a first-time employer, I was very particular and wanted to ensure I found the right fit. Jane took the time to meet me early on to understand my household needs and preferences. She shortlisted a lot of suitable candidates and patiently guided me through over what felt like 20 interviews, many of which took place during weekends and after her regular working hours. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made a stressful process much smoother. Jane never rushed me and always made sure I felt confident in my decision. Thanks to her persistence and support, I finally found a wonderful helper who suits my family perfectly. I highly recommend Jane to anyone looking for a helper. Only use this agency if you have ALOT of money and time to waste. Took 4 helpers from them, only 1 finished her contract. The very first helper i got from them wanted to go home 3 days after she arrived because she said she miss her husband and kids. Only the second helper finished her 2 years contract. Only reason why I went back to them again. The third one was very lazy and simply watched and stared at me while I do the house work. Wanted to change her within 1 week as her work attitude was horrible. Using her phone instead of attending to my kids’ needs and alot more to list. The agent told me i need to pay another 2k for a replacement!!! I have attached the proof. I also had to pay for the helper’s airfare back. If i wanted to transfer her i had to pay $800 for her accommodation. They are very prompt when it comes to collecting money. We had to keep chasing them for updates of the replacement helper’s status. The latest helper i got as a replacement was worst. Acted like she is the boss! She was always scolding my kids so that we will take over. To the extent my kids wanted my husband and me to attend to their needs instead of her. Do note that my kids are not difficult to handle in the first place. She just agitates them with her nasty words. Each time when we give feedback the rules of the agency benefitted the helpers more than us employers. They treated us like our money came from the tree and the lazy helpers just walked away carefree without any consequences or money to lose. Its been 6 weeks since the last helper left and I am still chasing the AGENCY for my insurance refund. No one even bothered to reply me. I will STRONGLY NOT recommend this agency.

Thanks Jane for a wonderful experience getting a helper for our children. We had some issues with our first helper and she was very prompt and responsive with helping us deal with those issues. Jane did a great job in helping me find the right match helper for me and in a short span of time too. I have a baby and he got so sick from infant care that I had to search for alternative arrangements and decided to get a helper. She matched me with my current helper and my helper is so hardworking and loves my child like her own. Overall very happy experience with the agency and Jane’s help. I was able to coordinate all of this in the comfort of my home as well without going through so much hassle.
