Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and support. My mother’s maid suddenly requested to be sent back home immediately as the maid had no interest in continuing the job. Since my mother was unsure about the proper procedures, we went to the agency to seek advice on what needed to be done. The staff simply told us to book the flight ticket for the helper to return home and cancel the work permit ourselves online. There was no empathy shown at all, and she did not even bother to ask what had happened with the maid they had provided. We expected the agency to at least provide proper guidance and assistance during such situations. Unfortunately, the service we received was dismissive and unhelpful.

This is by far the worst service I have encountered. The agency demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism throughout the entire process. The information and data provided were inaccurate and misleading, resulting in repeated delays and complications. Despite my patience and cooperation, the agency continuously introduced new issues instead of resolving existing ones. I was required to make additional payments, only to be informed later that they were still unable to deliver within the agreed timeline. This reflects poor planning, mismanagement, and a failure to meet basic service obligations. I strongly caution others to exercise extreme care when selecting this agency. Based on my experience, I have completely lost confidence in their ability to deliver as promised. I will not be engaging their services again.
