I’m truly grateful for the support from Hilwah Maid Agency. The whole process was smooth, and they really understood my needs. My mom is a bedridden stroke patient, so having someone patient, reliable, and caring as a helper is very important for us. Special thanks to Aishah and Hilwah herself who went the extra mile to assist me in finding a suitable maid. You can see that they genuinely take pride in what they do, from carefully selecting the maids, to ensuring they go through proper training before being handed over. They even perform ruqyah for the maids, which gave me peace of mind. Finding a good helper is never easy, and I’ve experienced the difference. What I liked about this agency is the training they provide for the helpers are good. They not only train the basic household but also personal hygiene which I liked most. As for the agent whom I have liaised with, Liyana is the best because she is fast and reliable. I have been engaging her for the longest time now and she is committed with her work so you don’t have to worry about the timeline of when the helper will be coming because she will update you time to time. Very efficient!

Alhamdullilah.. Hilwah Maid Agency never disappoint us in its seamless process walking us thru from application till we get the helper. Their runner service also is prompt and friendly. Most important, which many lacks are the after service follow up. Kudos to Hilwah and their team for maintaining a good standards. Although is early days to comment on the performance of the helper but I believe with the dedication, quality in training and after service, we can rest assured that we are in good hands.
