Very professional and no hard selling of helpers on hand. Daphne really went the extra mile to make sure we got a helper that is a right fit for our family. She asked all the tough questions during the helper interviews and we just had to sit in. There was also no prompting of answers from Daphne to the helpers during the interviews. We could tell she was genuinely trying to help our family, as our situation was quite dire, with a 14 month old baby at home and suddenly with no help, we had to urgently look for a helper. Daphne even suggested going to other agencies if there was no helper suitable for our family after all the interviews. Fortunately, we managed to find one with Daphne eventually. Would really highly commend HIH. To be honest, they weren’t my first choice. But to my surprise, it was my best choice. Daphne has been really helpful guiding me thru the process as it was very new to me. She also understood my urgency (my dad required an urgent helper at home & my both parents are not equipped to manage helper themselves) and kept me updated along every step. I felt very assured with her service. In fact she was the only agency that understood my situation and provided the helper promptly to me.
