We had an excellent experience working with Hock Hoon (Ci En, Xin Hui and Alvin). They are incredibly responsive and have a strong sense of design that is both practical and thoughtful. It's impossible not to recommend Hock Hoon. Impeccable craftsmanship from a team that's truly design and function centric. We're most impressed by how our lifestyle choices and habits take centre-stage as the core conscience of their design work. A rather artists-at-work project management style, counterpointed by a squad of efficient, professional contractors and affiliates lead to projects that are handled with a level of unbelievable chill and outstanding results. Their understated strength lies in carpentry. We've had the privilege of taking a journey alongside the team firsthand, and we're certain to be in a line of many others whom can attest to the quality and ingenuity of their woodwork. Additionally, we must commend them on their transparency. Where budgeting and quotations are concerned, the team was incredibly open, upfront and clear. This extends to variation orders, which as we've heard from other home owners, comes as a shock towards the end as they scramble to find out when things started going awry. It's lovely not being on that side of the fence because of Hock Hoon. In the long and short of it: Tasteful, functional, human-centric design; quality curations and fabrications; a boutique firm creating bespoke, breathtaking homes. Search no further, guys. My husband and I are very satisfied with their design and work for our 5-room resale flat. We loved the carpentry works for the whole house, great quality and most delicate workmanship done by Mr Ng Chin Hok. Ci En gives good insights and will patiently explain the rationales behind each design that he suggested. He too also assured us that we could still contact him even after the handover. For Xin Hui, she gives good advice on color matching and the choice of furniture to go with the theme that we wanted for our home. Overall, we had a very positive experience with Ci En as our ID and have already recommended him to our friends and family. Thank you to all of them again for everything.
