The guidance given by Annabella and Prisha during the registration phase was responsive and efficient. Megan from Homage was efficient when she carried out her care giving duties. She was patient and friendly towards my MIL. Despite her young age, Megan is responsible and adaptive. Harlinda came on 27/12 and provided excellent care for my MIL. She took the time to chat with my MIL before getting her to shower. Son told me that Harlinda was very patient and since she could converse in Malay was good too for my MIL as she could respond. Harlinda cleaned my MIL's room before showering her and after that too. She then engaged my MIL with simple tasks to keep her occupied.Thank you for taking very good care of my MIL.

Hi Sharon. blessed n thankful to engage your service n to know you 1st time caregiving my tennager non verbal daughter for 5hrs in sofitel sentosa so that I can attend a grand wedding banquet with son smoothly. Your patience, attentiveness, thoughtfulness n friendliness indeed gave my daughter a certain security n calmness as she needs is a good companion to accompany her thru the evening on Saturday.
