We had a wonderful experience with Eunyce. From our first discussion, she was quick to understand what we wanted and offered unique yet practical ideas. She was upfront about what would work and what wouldn’t, and always suggested suitable alternatives. Throughout the renovation process, she was very responsible and reliable, always keeping to the agreed timelines. She was always prompt and clear in her updates which gave us a lot of comfort. Most importantly, she took the time to understand our budget and the look we were going for, and translated that beautifully into the final outcome. Our house 2nd reno project with HomeGuide went smoothly and we would like to thank Lance & his team for a job well done! From start to finish, Lance has kept us closely informed of the progress and has patiently & promptly replied to all our queries. He listened to our requirements and often suggested alternatives if he thinks another solution is better, yet not imposing his views on our plans. His strong sense of aesthetics & carefully thought through choices guided us to achieving our dream kitchen & bathrooms! Kudos & thank you, once again!

This firm was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Despite starting off with a great design plan, turned into a constant battle against incompetence and disrespect for me, my property and my time. First off, they inexplicably ripped out my perfectly fine bathroom ceiling lights, something that was never in the plan. Then came the haphazard drilling of extra holes in my tiles for trunking in completely illogical place. Their attempt to install butterfly wall plugs was laughably wrong, and they actually argued with me about it! Despite paying for full unit plastering, the ceiling on "completion day" looks like a moon textured mess because they painted directly over it without sanding, resulting in atrocious paint quality. To top it off, the wiring trunking in the unit looks like it was installed by a drunk electrician, not meeting at a proper right angle. The workers treated my home like an ashtray, smoking inside and flicking their cigarette butts onto the cardboard floor protection. They even drilled holes in the ceiling at bizarre, non-perpendicular angles. Unsurprisingly, the entire project was plagued by constant delays due to their consistently shoddy workmanship. Number of times my flat needed repainting: THREE TIMES. That's a good indication about how much they care about delivering a good result. To add insult to injury, they threw away some of my belongings despite my clear instructions not to. They even started installing a ceiling fan, drilled holes, and then just abandoned the task halfway, leaving the mount and a dangling wall plug on my ceiling! Had to hire another electrician to reinstall the ceiling fan. The final straw was when they changed my electrical plan without any consultation. Then, the plumber simply showed up and installed things according to this mystery plan of theirs. During the rectification works, they left my brand new air-conditioned exposed to the dust. Are you really so cheap to leave out the important step of protecting the client's property? Avoid this firm like the plague. Their workers are incompetent, and have zero respect for your property and you. This has been a stressful and costly experience, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. They deserve one miserable star for barely fulfilling their part of contract.

We got our home renovation done through Home Design. Right from the start Alissa and Sushi were very professional and thorough in their approach and proposals. Their suggestions were to our brief and they were extremely accommodating of our taste and choices. They made choice of color, shades, laminate very easy for us as often based on our description they would come up with the most appropriate selections. Post handover they have been prompt in addressing minor observations. End result being we are very happy with the end product and how it has turned out finally. Thanks Alissa and Sushi.

After staying in our home for 25 years, we decided it was time for a full renovation — something we approached with both excitement and worry, especially after hearing so many renovation horror stories from others. Thankfully, engaging Home Guide turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Our designer, Sushi, was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She is professional, attentive, responsive and has a great eye for modern design. From the start, she listened carefully to our needs and preferences and her design proposal captured exactly what we envisioned for our home. Like all renovation projects, there were some site issues that surfaced along the way — but Sushi was always there to manage and coordinate every detail. Thanks to her proactive approach and constant communication, every issue was resolved promptly and to our full satisfaction. We are also very happy how smoothly the overall renovation went — everything was handled efficiently and completed on time, just as promised. The final result matched the proposal perfectly, with no surprises or compromises. We are truly grateful to Sushi and the Home Guide team for making this renovation such a pleasant and worry-free experience.
