Having tried other tingkat vendors previously, I can confidently say that Homely Delights stands out in terms of variety, freshness, portion size, and overall taste. Most importantly, their meals are noticeably healthier and less oily. This was even recognised by my mother-in-law, who is very particular about food — which speaks volumes. I also managed to lose 4kg after my confinement, and their balanced meals definitely played a part in that. I am a repeating customer, have renewed the meal services for more than 3 times. The food portion is very big compared with other catering I have ordered previously, the taste of the food also accepted, if not we won't be renewing the order. The customer service is very responsive, they take action immediately to solve our issue whenever we sent a WhatsApp to them, regardless of any issues. We continue to order as it's very convenient for us, as a working mother, no time to prepare dinner during weekday, especially during school holidays. We took a break during CNY, and now my daughter is asking when would we start the tingkat again. 🤣

Food is quite tasty, arrives still warm. deliveries are sometimes quite late will reach around 6+pm and kids are already hungry by then. Soup was quite bland initially. I would appreciate a different variety of dessert as they are usually just jelly cups. It is nice of them to include some form of carbs some other days. Overall quite pleased and I will continue with them again!
