Zhi Ling is our ID and we are incredibly fortunate to have met her. She came with a recommendation from our friend whose house we visited and was impressed by its reno. Zhi Ling is super open with your ideas and inputs, patient, and at the same time will share her honest views if she knows something is impractical and will not work. We visited about 9 IDs in total and Zhi Ling stood out the most in terms of her approachability, responsiveness and hardworking nature, as well as competitive pricing and reasonable quotation. The materials she provided are also quality for its quote. We really feel very comfortable with Zhi Ling and would highly recommend her. The post-reno care and follow up was also responsible and there. Her team of tilers are impressive, and other parts of the reno such as carpentry and other miscellaneous stuff were also very professionally followed up on. No reno is perfect, what’s most important is that the rectifications were hassle-free. Thank you so much for a beautiful reno done, dear Zhi Ling and team. Great job!

The renovation quality unfortunately fell short of our expectations. The entire process was quite stressful, and we ultimately just had to get it over with on the project despite the results not meeting even our minimum standards. Years later, we remain disappointed with the overall experience and workmanship. The only positive aspect was the inclusion of a two-year warranty. So bad until we have been struggling with the bad design and finish. We are struggling to sell the unit too for the work done. I wanted to recommend them while they were renovating. Then gradually it just got worse and worse. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone. I usually don't leave such reviews. But we are struggling after these many years. VERY STRESSFUL!

Highly recommend Homies Design which Great Service from Daren and Ariallee. Daren is very detailed , dedicated and extremely patience for our Flat renovation and Ariallee excellent patience to making countless amendments to cater for the changes of my requirements . Good workmanship for all carpentry works ! Daren even brought me down numerous trips to source for my ideal tiles and kitchen and toilet accessories shop, lighting and sliding doors factory ( went down 2 trips to make sure sliding doors is the preferred type I have in mind) . During the renovation , he gave me almost daily updates and taking pictures on the progress of my house, replying to my WhatsApp messages even off working hours . Overall experience with Homies Design is superb and thumbs up and kudos to both Daren and Airallee !

Highly recommended! I engaged with Homies Design for my resale HDB renovation and ID Daren is great. He is friendly, patient and professional. After our first meet-up, he quickly got which style we want and gave professional suggestions. And the quotation was competitive. He took good care of our house and was helpful during the renovation. The project was nicely done and only took 2 months even during Covid period. We love the final work and do our friends, thanks to Daren and Homies Design.

Engaged Homies with Flora as our ID for the renovation of our first home. Flora was the only ID that was able to come up with a design that suited our needs. Despite COVID restrictions during the renovation period, there was minimal delays to the renovation and Flora was prompt in keeping us updated on the renovation progress. Big thumbs up to Flora & Homies! 10/10 would engage again for future renovations!
