About Honesty Employment Service Centre
Honesty Employment Service Centre is a domestic help agency offering foreign domestic worker placement services, based at Upper Serangoon Road and serving clients islandwide. Families considering a helper placement should confirm whether the agency holds a current MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence — verifiable on MOM's online EA directory — before engaging. A legitimate agency will handle the placement fee for a new hire or a more affordable transfer helper, the helper's monthly salary negotiation, the monthly MOM levy, mandatory FDW insurance, the Settling-In Programme, medical examination, and Work Permit application. Source-country options typically include Indonesia, the Philippines, Myanmar, and Sri Lanka, each with different salary expectations and cultural considerations. Ask the agency upfront about its replacement guarantee window and what happens — including repatriation costs — if the placement breaks down after the guarantee period has lapsed.
To take the next step, call Honesty Employment Service Centre directly on the listed phone number to ask about current helper profiles, confirm the EA Licence number, and clarify all fees and replacement terms in writing before paying any deposit.

NEGATIVE : Having very bad experience from express maid & manpower service centre, the first maid we got from them that claimed to know how to speak English, but did not know how to speak English at all, basic common sense of safety wasn’t up to standards hence the change of maid, was recommended to honesty employment service centre for the change of maid due to relatives in connections. After interviewing the maid, she claim she loves babies & even know how to Takecare of babies. After being 3 months with me, we bought her to China at our own expenses, giving her the freedoms to use her phones in the night. But nevertheless to find out, she abused my son who is 10 months old, despite the first warning give. To her & she still repeats it with 7 cctv watching her movement. The agent, Mr FU, still asked us, “ was it because working with us was too tough? If not why we changed maid ?”Able to teach us what is tough when she’s here to working at our house, 2 - 3 days sweep 1 time? My room 1 month once or twice. Piority to Takecare of my baby, but she can sleep in the playpen? You as an agent should ask your own helper before you side your helper to talk , and still sided her when your helper is a ABUSER of a child who is 10 month old when he’s not even able to talk? If this happens to your child, how will you be thinking? Ultimately disappointed in your services.
I am a long time customer of Honesty Employment Service. They are reliable, and I trust their service, and they can help talking to my helper whenever there is a issue. All my helper completed the contract term. My current helper is with me for ten years. I recommend this agency.
Was about to consult the company with maid recommendation, however, was met with a bad review from a friend, said the maid from the company is a abuser, abuser a baby that is only 10 months old, that yet to be even a years old. I am still in shock, and think back on the occasion I met with my friend, the maid can't even do house chores on standard, cannot answer the door when guest arrived when instructed to. Lucky, I did not hire a maid from said company.
Good experience with Mr Fu. Been using his service for the two decades. Don’t understand some of the bad reviews but can understand that different helpers will have different personalities and circumstances. And it’s highly contextual though I think Mr Fu’s affable and calm disposition when it comes to problem solving is deeply appreciated by anyone who deals with him.
Fast and efficient service. Mr Fu, with his many years of experience in this profession, provides good recommendations for maid selection. Highly recommended.

Placement fees for a new hire typically run S$1,500–3,500 at Singapore maid agencies; a transfer helper (already in Singapore on a current Work Permit) usually costs S$500–1,500. On top of the agency fee, budget for your helper's monthly salary — S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience — and the monthly MOM levy of S$300 (or S$60 at the concessionary rate if your household includes a child under 16, an elderly member aged 67 or above, or a person with disability). Confirm what Honesty Employment Service Centre bundles into its package — mandatory FDW insurance (roughly S$300–600 per year), the Settling-In Programme, pre-deployment medical exam, and Work Permit application — versus what is billed separately. Every legitimate maid agency in Singapore must hold an MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence, which is publicly verifiable by name or licence number on MOM's online EA directory. No EA licence appears in Honesty Employment Service Centre's current listing data, and ACRA registration has not been confirmed — this is a material gap that families should resolve before paying any deposit. EA Grading runs from A+ to C; agencies with higher grades have stronger compliance and complaint-handling track records. Hiring through an unlicensed agent is illegal, leaves you with no recourse if the placement fails or the agency closes, and can void your FDW insurance. Verify the EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses.
A standard replacement guarantee at Singapore maid agencies covers a fixed window — typically six months from the helper's arrival — during which the agency will source a replacement at no additional placement fee if the original placement does not work out. Confirm how many replacements are included, what conditions can void the guarantee (for example, documented mismatch versus a change of preference), and what fee applies for any further replacements beyond the covered number. Also clarify the early-termination process outside the guarantee window. If the helper or the household ends the arrangement after the guarantee lapses, the household is generally responsible for the repatriation flight, Work Permit cancellation, and any remaining levy obligations. As Honesty Employment Service Centre has not confirmed its EA Licence in the listing, ask specifically about these terms — and verify them against the written agency contract — before proceeding.
