Hope? The helper came with a pending police report. They only informed us when we came to pick her up. They urged us to consider her. Had to bring her to the police station. Stayed for 4 months then had issues. When we let the agency know, they were never really interested in assisting, leaving us on our own despite contacting them multiple times. The responses we got were underwhelming and indifferent. We ended up seeking the help of another agency. It appears as though they only want our business, but not interested in giving support after.
