The selection process was handled well and Hope screened bio to search for best matches to my requirements. Interviews were arranged professionally. They explained the terms clearly to both the employer (me) and the domestic helper. The selected domestic helper joined us in Oct'25 and she has been of excellent assistance to the family. Hope? The helper came with a pending police report. They only informed us when we came to pick her up. They urged us to consider her. Had to bring her to the police station. Stayed for 4 months then had issues. When we let the agency know, they were never really interested in assisting, leaving us on our own despite contacting them multiple times. The responses we got were underwhelming and indifferent. We ended up seeking the help of another agency. It appears as though they only want our business, but not interested in giving support after.

I’ve been with my Myanmar helper and it has been such a wonderful experience. She takes care of my child so well, learns very quickly even though she was new, and has been absolutely perfect in every way. Living together has been smooth and pleasant from the very beginning.
