The listing has been verified by KakiList, and the agency holds a 4.9/5 rating across 52 Google reviews — a moderate sample that suggests consistent service quality, though prospective clients should read individual reviews to understand the range of experiences. When engaging a maid agency, the key steps are confirming the MOM EA Licence number (verifiable on MOM's online EA directory), understanding the placement fee for a new-hire helper versus a transfer helper, and clarifying what is bundled — typically mandatory FDW insurance, the Settling-In Programme, medical examination, and Work Permit application. Monthly costs after placement include the helper's salary (generally S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience) and the MOM levy (S$300 standard, or S$60 concessionary for households with a child under 16, an elderly member aged 67 or above, or a person with disability). Confirm source-country options, the replacement guarantee window, and the early-termination and repatriation process before signing any contract. Contact Hure Management by phone to discuss your household's specific requirements.
To take the next step, call Hure Management Pte Ltd directly to enquire about helper availability, placement fees, and the replacement guarantee terms — and verify the EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit.

Hure Management was recommended to me by a friend when I needed someone to take care of my elderly father after he suffered a bad fall and became bed ridden. Mr Lee was extremely helpful and empathetic to my situation, and recommended to me an Indonesian helper on short notice with experience taking care of bed ridden elderly. He was always kind and professional, and as a first time employer, he explained all the steps that I needed to take in detail, and the employment process went off without a hitch (and was in fact completed much earlier than I expected). The helper has also been a godsend to my family. She learned how to take care of my father from the hospital staff, and is incredibly patient and kind to him. I have found her extremely reliable, and would 100% recommend Hure Management to anyone looking for a helper.
Hure Management was recommended to me by a friend after a negative experience with another agency, and I am so appreciative of how Mr. Lee guided me through the pre-sales to after-sales process. He is always responsive and advises accordingly whenever I had concerns. I would happily recommend this agency to any potential employers. Thank you for your assistance and keep up the good work, Mr. Lee!
I had helpers since 30 years ago , had dealt with mean ones , irresponsible ones , simply bo chap attitude ones . This agency is the only one that has tip top services! My helpers needs to fly back immediately because her daughter was very sick , we were both at a lost and I only know to book her ticket for her to fly back . I informed the agency about the situation, and you know what !? Mr Lee allocated an agent from their company in Indonesia to help my helper all the way through ! Thank you very much, Mr Lee! Even my neighbour was surprised how helpful and excellent after sales service they have ! I strongly recommend anyone whose looking for an agency to employ a helper , go to them ! Also their prices are very reasonable as well! The nightmares to horrific maid agencies don't exist with them!
Highly Recommend - Mr Lee . I’m extremely grateful for the wonderful maid provided by Mr Lee of Hure management. She is very caring, patience with the elderly, and always possess a cheerful, positive attitude. Mr Lee's service is exceptional! He followed up closely, assisted with all necessary documentation on the application of the maid(even while I was traveling), and handled everything efficiently. Encounter bad experience and issues with the first maid he introduced. Mr Lee replaced her promptly without any hassle. This is a plus point, a huge relief! Truly a reliable and professional agency. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great helper and excellent service!
I was recommended by my cousin to Hure Management Pte Ltd. I was feeling helpless as a first time hiring a helper. I would like to thank Mr Lee for his kind help to find a right helper and applying work pass. The entire process was quick and smooth. I’m happy with the helper and will recommend Mr Lee to my friends and relatives; also thanks to Ms Angie of your kind assistance.

Placement fees vary depending on whether you are engaging a new-hire helper or a transfer helper already in Singapore. New-hire placements typically cost S$1,500–3,500; transfer placements typically cost S$500–1,500. Confirm exactly what is bundled into the placement fee — mandatory FDW insurance (approximately S$300–600 per year), the MOM Settling-In Programme, the pre-deployment medical examination, and Work Permit application are sometimes included and sometimes billed separately. Ongoing monthly costs include the helper's salary (S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience) and the MOM levy (S$300 standard, or S$60 concessionary if your household has a child under 16, an elderly member aged 67 or above, or a person with disability). Ask Hure Management for a full written cost breakdown before committing. See the full maid agency cost guide for Singapore →
Every legitimate maid agency in Singapore is required to hold an MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence, which is verifiable by name or licence number on MOM's online EA directory. The licence number should appear on the agency's website, contracts, and invoices. EA Grading runs from A+ to C; A+ and A grades indicate stronger compliance records and complaint-handling standards. No MOM EA Licence has been confirmed in Hure Management Pte Ltd's listing data at this time. Before paying any deposit, search the MOM EA directory directly to verify current licensed status. Engaging an unlicensed agent is illegal, leaves you without recourse if a placement breaks down, and can void your FDW insurance. Contact Hure Management by phone to request their licence number and confirm it independently.
A standard replacement guarantee typically covers a 6-month window from the helper's arrival date, with one or more free replacements if the placement proves unsuitable. Confirm how many replacements are included, what circumstances void the guarantee (for example, documented poor treatment of the helper or a change in your household's requirements), and what the cost of additional replacements beyond the guarantee period would be. Also clarify the early-termination process — if a placement breaks down outside the guarantee window, the household is generally responsible for the helper's repatriation flight, refund of unused levy to MOM, and Work Permit cancellation paperwork. Getting these terms in writing before signing protects both parties. Contact Hure Management directly by phone to confirm the specific replacement and early-termination clauses in their contract.
