Hure Management was recommended to me by a friend when I needed someone to take care of my elderly father after he suffered a bad fall and became bed ridden. Mr Lee was extremely helpful and empathetic to my situation, and recommended to me an Indonesian helper on short notice with experience taking care of bed ridden elderly. He was always kind and professional, and as a first time employer, he explained all the steps that I needed to take in detail, and the employment process went off without a hitch (and was in fact completed much earlier than I expected). The helper has also been a godsend to my family. She learned how to take care of my father from the hospital staff, and is incredibly patient and kind to him. I have found her extremely reliable, and would 100% recommend Hure Management to anyone looking for a helper.

I had helpers since 30 years ago , had dealt with mean ones , irresponsible ones , simply bo chap attitude ones . This agency is the only one that has tip top services! My helpers needs to fly back immediately because her daughter was very sick , we were both at a lost and I only know to book her ticket for her to fly back . I informed the agency about the situation, and you know what !? Mr Lee allocated an agent from their company in Indonesia to help my helper all the way through ! Thank you very much, Mr Lee! Even my neighbour was surprised how helpful and excellent after sales service they have ! I strongly recommend anyone whose looking for an agency to employ a helper , go to them ! Also their prices are very reasonable as well! The nightmares to horrific maid agencies don't exist with them!

Highly Recommend - Mr Lee . I’m extremely grateful for the wonderful maid provided by Mr Lee of Hure management. She is very caring, patience with the elderly, and always possess a cheerful, positive attitude. Mr Lee's service is exceptional! He followed up closely, assisted with all necessary documentation on the application of the maid(even while I was traveling), and handled everything efficiently. Encounter bad experience and issues with the first maid he introduced. Mr Lee replaced her promptly without any hassle. This is a plus point, a huge relief! Truly a reliable and professional agency.
