Hure Management was recommended to me by a friend when I needed someone to take care of my elderly father after he suffered a bad fall and became bed ridden. Mr Lee was extremely helpful and empathetic to my situation, and recommended to me an Indonesian helper on short notice with experience taking care of bed ridden elderly. He was always kind and professional, and as a first time employer, he explained all the steps that I needed to take in detail, and the employment process went off without a hitch (and was in fact completed much earlier than I expected). I had helpers since 30 years ago , had dealt with mean ones , irresponsible ones , simply bo chap attitude ones . This agency is the only one that has tip top services! My helpers needs to fly back immediately because her daughter was very sick , we were both at a lost and I only know to book her ticket for her to fly back . I informed the agency about the situation, and you know what !? Mr Lee allocated an agent from their company in Indonesia to help my helper all the way through ! Thank you very much, Mr Lee!
